Very informative. Pleasant staff answers all your questions. Film very informative of the fishing industry as well as the history of Sebastian. Must pay admission to Sebastian Inket, $8 per car, but well worth it.

The museum is very nice but small. Also, the entrance is free after paying the 8$ to get into the large park/inlet area,

This museum is located on the south side of the park near where you pay for admission to the park. Admission to the museum is free. It is small but well done. The people working there are friendly and will answer any questions you may have. There is a short video to watch and a small gift shop.

visited this as we toured the Inlet state park. The entire park was very nice, highly enjoyable with lots of things to do, fishing or watching others fish, sunning, birds, the outdoors.

This tiny little museum is jam-packed with interesting information & nicely-done displays. It's not worth the trip to Sebastian Inlet State Park by itself, but if you're going anyway, don't miss this. The admission to the State Park is $8, but the museum itself does not have an additional admission fee. We enjoyed the roughly 45 minutes we spent here.

A small museum on the inlet about the commercial fishing that was there years ago. They describe how they joined the Indian River to the ocean via the inlet. This might be the most fish shipped out commercially anywhere at one time. They also had citrus and pineapples until a frost killed them all one year. THIS PLACE IS NOT EASY TO FIND. It is in the state park and on the SOUTH side of the inlet and there are not really signs that we saw to help us find it.

This place has a lot of interesting items. We even attended a surf fishing seminar there that was highly informative. It is a great place to get info about fishing and see some of the historic fishing in the area

The location in the beautiful state park was good. Cute gift shop and interesting information. The video really needs an update at the end - very sad to learn that the fishing business in this area is essentially dead - are fished out. Some good lessons to learn from this story. They were offering a free surf fishing workshop while we were there - great information!

We came to a Surf Fishing 🎣 seminar and stayed to enjoy the museum. The museum was very nice and sits on the land where the Indian River meets the ocean. The museum is free but takes donations. It is across from the Sebastian Inlet State Park swimming sections. It is inside the Sebastian Inlet Park camping section.
