We had a great time with friends.
Room los Angeles very nice. We didn't see past the two hours. The place is clean.

Although accustomed, we often told the staff that the many nozzles did not work, but no repairs.
Lately, Bahamas room 2 hours, 5 lights Hs, the nozzles were not working or very little, lack of water in the spa, doorknob that no longer holds, no more protective apron of colored lamps in the spa , my husband got a nice scare hurting his foot on the way down, we shortened our session.
The girls at the reception are aware of the problems but apparently the boss does not care completely. I made a Reservation Deposit, and I had to pay the balance, no commercial gesture.
Very sincerely, pass your way, for your safety and your purse, this center has deteriorated sharply in all rooms there are problems.
For us it is over!

Hoping to relax, the dream turned into a nightmare. After a sauna that was not heating, what was our surprise when we discovered that there was no hot water in the showers. The water was freezing. We reported it to the reception, we were informed that we were not the first to complain... A shame! For the price, no towels and no water, you have to go ask at the reception. Disappointing, we were regulars but this is the last time we will set foot there!

Well disappointed...
Given the price, I expected a quality service.
Spa malfunctioning. We had to call to restart some nozzles but not all of them worked in the end.
Door of the Hammam that did not close and whose wooden handle was dislodging.
And an end to the emergency room because tap is also in the shower when the floor is concrete. No information about taps.
First and last time.

The concept is well thought out and the decoration is great but it is really very hot and the water in the jacuzzi has emptied, spoiling the experience a little.

Jacuzzi bottom broken, towels rental 2.5 euros
No commercial gesture given the state of the jacuzzi, we simply warn you to be careful not to hurt yourself.
Reservation made by telephone following receipt of a gift box
At no time are you told that you have to bring your towels.
It is at reception that they ask you if you have a towel.
Otherwise we rent you a towel for 2.5
If you don't have a towel and you don't want to rent one, you have the solution of a hair dryer to dry yourself 😉

A disaster.
I had booked a session for a friend's birthday. I receive a confirmation email signed by a SPA employee confirming the success of the reservation.
We arrive on Friday at 10:30 p.m. The person at reception informs us that our room is taken and that they have no solution. I insisted that she call her manager to be reimbursed for my 70 euros deposit. She gasps when I ask her to give me a paper guaranteeing reimbursement. I ask for a customer gesture (the taxi reservation since we came for nothing). We didn't get anything at all. The manager gave me a transfer today without even a word of apology, no reimbursement for the taxi, obviously. Obnoxious and dishonest staff. First experience there and clearly the LAST!
