I live in LA/Malibu, California for university and when I’m in my hometown (South Georgia) I come here with my friends and family for convenience. I experienced RACISM & bag checked at Aeropostale like I (the girl with the Authentic Dior tote bag and designer outfit...) WOULD STEAL FROM THERE, GOD BE FOR REAL. Pacsun workers forgot to remove the security tags and being with my grandma and mom one of the ghetto stall vendors said racist mocking Asian jokes & when confronted he denied it, saying he was just trying to sell fruits or something. I don’t feel safe, I used to and now it’s just JANKY.

Not much for men here, just stores for women. I just go for the walking and food. The employees at the small stands are too busy looking at their phones all day to help anyone.

This review is solely related to Macy's Department Store:
Macy's used to be one of my favorite stores, but I almost cringe every time I go in the store now. I keep telling myself that I should just order online to save myself the headache and frustration I experience EACH time I go inside the store. I can tell you, I always get in another workout for the day, walking around trying to find a cashier to ring me up! Such a hassle. I would say that COVID is responsible for the lack of staff, but I think this issue started before the pandemic. Also, sometimes, the shelves just seem to be pretty bare; also understandable. I know shopping online is "the thing" for many of us, but sometimes, I just like to physically go in the store and look around and lay eyes on the items I like and will purchase. Anyway, I guess this is the new norm - walking around the department store to find what you need and then hunt down someone to ring you up...

Its an ok mall. Address is kind of confusing because you can not see it from a short distance (down the hill) and there are a plenty of other stores around the area. Not your typical Floridian mall...

There are a lot of stores and a food court also. The people are very nice and will help you anytime. You can find just about anything you like too. My daughter loves to walk around in the mall and look at everything and so do I. It's beautiful place.

Es la tercera vez que voy a Tallahassee y en todas ellas hemos ido a este mall. La verdad cada vez más deteriorado, con tiendas vacías y un notable ambiente de decadencia.

The anchor stores are ok. Dillard’s is the best of one. Macy’s is tired and old. The other 2 are Sears and Penny’s. That being said, it is just like the thousands of aging malls found around the nation. Nothing special, not great or terrible. We rarely spend more than 2 hours there. Malls are for the young. Being in our 50s, we go for a purpose not to browse and hangout.

Wasin town for the weekend. Shopped at the mall on Saturday. Great selection of stores. Was limited in buying due to travel but did some damage. lol

Had a great time shopping and the food court had delicious dishes. Spend nearly everyday at the mall. Took my daughter to Tallahassee for school after Hurricane Irma. Now Governor's Square mall is my daughter favorite place to shop.

I live in South Georgia and drive to this mall whenever I want to go to a mall. Governors Square Mall is the best mall within two hours of my house. It is very modern and up to date. It has premium and modern stores you'd expect from a thriving mall. The food court is great also! Again, my favorite mall!
