Fun experience but be prepared to wait an hour plus if you are a walk in. They do have a full service bar and restaurant to kill time at while waiting though. They also charge a 1 time 5 dollar fee for anyone who has never been to a TopGolf before.

This was our 1st time to Topgolf. We had a great time. It was fun and the food was delicious. We would definitely return.

We had great time. They took care of us and the service was also great. MacKenzie the server was so awesome and took great care of us. We waited for nothing and so helpful.

Garbage, booked a bay for 7:30 last week. Drove an hour to the location and called ahead 10 mins prior to arrival and phone system said they were closed. Drove back home and they sent a message saying my bay was ready. Responded m with F##k you. They then decided to call me after wasting 1.5 hours of my family’s time and yell at me for cursing and hung up on me. It was their communication failure as a business and they accepted zero responsibility…. The manager called me three days later and said because I sent that text he has a duty to protect his employees and offered zero concession for wasting my entire night to to stop Golfs communication breakdown. What a joke!!! It’s an automated message. I will never return to this location again nor will I host any events there moving foreword.

Brought 3 clients to Top Golf on a Wednesday night at 6:30PM. Signed up online on the wait-list. Still waiting over 1 hour for a bay. Half of the bays are empty. Clearly they don't have enough staff at this location. Very disappointing on a weeknight.

We love Topgolf we go to the one in Vegas all the time! Highly recommend if you haven't been to one yet. Our friends birthday party here was fantastic!!

Topgolf is one of our favorite things to do! The food is always delicious and the drinks are always cold. We have had J-Lo as our server twice now and she is excellent! Kids of all ages can play, they even have kids clubs that you can ask your server about. I can not play regular golf but this makes me feel like I could.

First time in a TopGolf and the staff was really helpful with it ! However don’t show up without a reservation because it’s always overbooked.

This place was packed people of all ages. It had two bars waiter a few levels of driving range, there were couples singles business groups, golfers practicing.
Definitely a fun Place, our group rented two slots at the driving range and added a buffet dinner. The food was ok, Nothing to brag about but the experience was very good. We had a server bringing drinks he was very attentive
I do not golf; did not want to embarrass myself I could not believe how packed this place was on a Tuesday night full house!

Steph w aka grape juice (she needs a name tag with that) was amazing anytime you go there I recommend asking for her if she was the best server that we had she made sure we had everything we needed and she always checked on us she recommended the best food and the best drinks. Next time we go we'll definitely ask for her PS go on Tuesday she's always there!!!!

Hi - have a quick question for anyone who has visited the Tampa location. Is there disabled access from the parking lot into the building without using the wheelchair ramp outside? Specifically, is there an outside door entrance near the handicap parking that you can use to access the elevator inside? Thanks

I did not see any clubs there for children. I would be a little hesitant in bringing small children, the upper levels have drop offs that could be dangerous. It wasn’t that long ago that I had to be ever careful that one of my young boys would not run out of my care.Topgolf is very busy with a lot of action and keeping watch of a child may be difficult.

Hi!, we visited late morning to prevent any long lines, so I cannot tell you how it would be in early evening on a Saturday. I would spare good amount of time and patiently wait at the sport bar, it will be a pleasent wait, it's a great place.

I tried to make a reservation for 12 people for a Saturday afternoon and I was told that I had to book a private party and pay 60$ a person. is there any way to reserve a couple of Bays for a large party, with out having to book an event? It is very difficult to get 15 people to hang around for a couple of hours?

I just booked for a party of 30-40. Their guidelines are a minimum of 20 or minimum of $900. They require you to play no less than 2 hours of golf. I had to talk to their special events coordinator Allison. I would call and ask for her and maybe she could work something out for you.
