Bikes worked great and its a fun area to ride around. Seats were uncomfortable for that long but he said they are getting more cushioned ones soon! No helmets were provided (we didn't ask though) so if you're a safety cautious person bring your own or ask if they have some! Would definitely recommend doing though!

Jada was an amazing guide on our clear kayaking tour to Shell Key Preserve. She was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! We saw loads of wildlife and had a fabulous time! You will have a wonderful time with Jada!

Great Experience we had never rode ebikes before but they were amazing. Mad Beach Paddlesports was very convenient to rent from highly recommended.

Great price- easy to locate. We thought we had booked a guided tour. When we got there, we found out that the cost was only for the rental of clear bottom boats. The staff assisted us getting in and out of the boat. It was very difficult- you had to climb down steps and climb into the boat while it was floating in the water. To get out of the boat when finished, you pull yourself up holding onto to a ladder while the boat is still in the water. The staff told us how to get out of the marina and find the sand bar and mangroves. Overall it was a fun adventure. Would not recommend for older generation.

We have a ladder that goes all the way into the water and a handicapped staircase that goes all the way down into the water. You climb down to get in and you climb up 1-3 rungs on the ladder or 1 - 3 stairs. The tide is 3 feet below the dock at low tide and 1 foot below the dock at high tide. At high tide it's super and at low tide works fine for folks of all ages. Thanks for the feedback.

I tried SUP for the first time a few days ago and rented a board from Jason. If you're in town visiting or live here and don't have the equipment needed for a few hours of fun out on the water... this is the place to go. Location has parking, and is on the water (intercoastal) for easy access.
(I wasn't able to take any photos because it was my very first time on a board, didn't want to try and figure out selfies while trying to keep myself from falling lol)

Fun place to go shop. We stopped in and walked around for a couple of hours. We dId some shopping and had dinner. We had a lot of fun. Parking is not great. We had to pay 20.00 to park. There is a store that has a parrot that is hilarious

Hi Andrea. We have FREE parking at our location at Treasure Bay Resort & Marina. It looks like you posted your review here for a different business. We are a paddleboard and kayak rental and tour company. We lead our guests to the sandbar and mangrove tunnel on their kayaks or paddleboards. It looks like you are reviewing a location in John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. It gets really busy there and you need to park in a paid space or the parking garage. If I go to John's Pass, I ride the electric bike because of the parking.

Where to start! How about with Barrie and that she is such a pleasure to work with ... kind, thoughtful, fun, knowledgeable, full of tips and tricks and so NICE!
We were staying in PAG's and rented a SUP and double kayak for the entire week. They delivered and picked it up. Equipment was great and it made our week even better as we spent every day out on the water!
