I got the app. I put in my credit card. I unlocked 2 scooters that had 14 miles on their battery range (full charge). We rode from the scooter parking spot at The Sands of Treasure Island to the Sea Dog restaurant. Rode across the bridge to St. Pete. We decided to turn around due to the time constraints of the scooter rental agreement. I attempted to add more time to our ride. The scooters stopped working. On the app, the scooters showed that they still had 12 miles left. We spent about 5 minutes trying to get the scooters up and running again while we were on the road. We finally got them up and running. We started to head back to The Sands. The scooters stopped working several times on the way back. They were slower on the way back, probably from going uphill and into the wind? We finally got parked at The Sands. We had a few moments to spare. My app wouldn't let me end the ride for some reason. We ended the ride literally 6 seconds late, which led to an automatic charge of the ride continuing, which was $9; for each scooter. They charged me twice for everything. The total was immediately $100 on my card. We were using them for probably around 45 minutes. $100 for 45 minutes because they doubled every charge. They refunded part of the charge. Maybe $40? So now the total was $60. Here we are, a week and a day later and they finally charge me $5 because I didn't park one of the scooters in the parking spot. This is ridiculous! The scooters were both parked in the same spot, which is WHERE THEY WERE PARKED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! And BOTH of the scooters were parked together. Why do I only have one parking fee? Why not two? This company is deceitful. I am disputing this charge. Do not rent from this company. I do think they are being intentionally crooked in this case.

1st and rormost the website prices should match what is in the app. They should say something about it costing $10 just to add a credit card. When I brought this to their attn they only wanted to give me a promo code for the next time. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I rated them average only because I went down to the address shown on their listing and found no scooters there, just a storefront. after reviewing their listing I found that you are supposed to call them and they will deliver the scooter to you. Handy for this area, as hotel drop-off & pickup would save many a considerable hassle. I did notice the prices were what I consider high per day.
