We had dived with Aristakat Charters several years ago and had been itching to go back for those fossil shark teeth. We were not disappointed and plan on returning next year. We did two days of hunting and on the third day we dived the Army tanks and the barge. Interesting to compare the marine life on the tanks versus the marine life on the Atlantic and Keys sides. Water was warm too! Great crew and captain!

We had two great days of diving with Captain Jamie Bostwick and can't wait to go back. Jamie makes it fun and safe and knows the best spots given the current conditions. Highly recommend his business for a fun and exciting time out on the water.

Another amazing shark tooth diving trip this morning. Aristakats runs an exceptional dive operation. We have been exclusively diving with them for over a year and they never failed to provide a top notch experience. Today Chad and Caudette put me on the megs! I have finally joined the meg club. I’ve been skunked until today. My girlfriend and her son had long ago became members.
Aristakats runs the nicest shark tooth diving boats in the area. Their crews are 1st rate and we are always satisfied with the service that they provide. They are the only shark tooth diving charter that we will use when we come to Venice.

Great dive trips, tooth dives and tank/barge dives. Have gone 3 years in a row now. Always good trips and always see a good variety of fish and this year we saw a loggerhead turtle too!

Aristakat Scuba Diving is my favorite for fossil diving in Venice, FL. The boat is clean and stable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They know a happy charter guest will be back because fossil diving is addictive.
This trip was my second time with Captain Chas and I had a great time. Captain Chas and Dive Master Jes put us on the right spots to find fossils and shark teeth. I found tons of little shark teeth, fossilized bones, and my first megs. I will be back to find more!
Their website is fantastic. A calendar of available charters, online booking, and payment make diving with Aristakat as easy as your back-roll entry. Captain James Bostwick, Captain Chas, and the other crew are first-rate.

Jesse and Chaz were great. Being new to Megalodon shark tooth diving and not experienced in somewhat poor visibility, we paid extra for the guided tour. This was the best money we spent while on vacation. Jesse made sure we were comfortable and helped us find lots of great teeth. I'd definitely do it again. Pete/Teri

Captain Chaz and Kaudia were fantastic! Fun and super helpful and attentive to everyone. Came away with some great finds and will definitely be back again!

I had the best time on this charter. A month ago I was on another boat and found 0 shark teeth. With capt. Jamie and capt. Chaz I found a lot, plus I got extra from Chaz. Just perfect boat size for a small group. Everybody was fun and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I had a great time with Captain Jamie and Jason. They ran a great trip, were knowledgeable, and the boat was super comfortable. I enjoyed the afternoon and the dives. I highly recommend this operation for fossil and meg hunting while in Venice.

My husband and I had a great time diving with the Aristakat crew! They were friendly and helpful from the first contact over the phone all the way through our tour and even letting us see their special collection of treasures after our dives. When we got on the boat to set up, we were shocked to realize that part of our gear had been stolen out of our dive bag on the trip over. The Aristakats were well prepared and had several spares on the boat so we didn't have to miss out on our experience. We dived mid-May 2022 and were lucky to have a clear and warm day, with about 8 meter visibility and 28C temperature. The sea bed is sand, rubble, sargassum and a few species of fish who interacted with me as I rummaged through the sand in search of fossils. That is to say wildlife is not abundant but it is present and beautiful in my opinion. Of course there were fossils all over the place, and the team did a good job in the briefing explaining how to search for them. The dives we did were at a max depth of 6 meters, so there was no decompression limit and we were able to stay the full 90 minutes, pop up, change tanks and get right back in the water for more searching. I don't think I've ever had so much time in a row underwater and I was so happy. The captain monitors everyone's bubbles so divers can split up and be alone in their search the full time. I didn't encounter anyone except for in the first few minutes of the dives, and that solitude is also something I thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks team for a great experience. Both Juan and I will be happy to take you whenever you visit Costa Rica!
