Amazing experience. Beautiful building, great service. A wonderful experience, my guests were delighted. It was my daughter's quinceañera and it was all so elegant and organized and I would choose it again. Lorraine and Alfredo's service was excellent, as was their work team.

I booked the Garden Ballroom for my 50th birthday party. Lorraine and Alfredo were exceptionally helpful and excited to create the vision I had for my big day. This venue is a hidden gem and all of my guest were in awe. My decorator did an amazing job as well as my entertainers. My night was elegant and exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately, it took me well over a month to add my review. As I took the time to finish receiving awful complaints and small details pointed out to me that J did not even notice during my wedding, from my family and friends. This was not what I hoped for. We are not wealthy by any means and my husband and I worked our asses off to pay for our whole wedding on our own, with no help whatsoever… with that being said, from day one we did not receive the proper treatment because we did not add all of the “extra things”. We had signed an initial contract and we’re scheduled every few months to come back for visits with Lorraine. Each time we came, it was an hour and a half drive for 20 minute meetings. We did not have any actual information on how it was going to go and I had no idea how to plan a wedding, I had never even been to one. I had a hard time picking my makeup artist after one had backed out and was told that I could have bridal access to the suite early with an extra charge, in which we paid. Lorraine had said that we could come as early as we wanted just not 7am … My makeup artist showed up at 11 along with my girls. She would not answer the phone for assistance to allow them in and then when they knocked on the dark room, after seeing Lorraine inside, she opened the door with a nasty attitude. Mind you, I had called her for 7 days prior to tell her what time they were coming. When I finally arrived and stated that I had been calling her with no call back, I got “I was off, it was my birthday & I was busy” ! A few hours passed and she was setting up decorations as one of my girls told her how pretty is was and she stuck her nose in the air and said “yep” … and walked away. We had missed rehearsal the day before due to a long drive of the bridal party and her not accommodating us at all because it was the “holidays” and she was busy. Again, she wouldn’t answer the phone! So my flower girl had no idea what to do and stood at the isle clueless when she got to the end and was very embarrassed. Lorraine’s husband was our “bartender” after the ceremony , when we were told it was a female friend, and he made the experience awful. He kept staring at his top jar after every guest and emptying it while counting it , every ten guests. When it was time for a toast, they had informed us before entering our reception that they would have the drink ready and asked what we wanted.. we had no drink for toast while they stood in the hallways bashing our wedding. As a family member went out to get us a drink for this time, they were both very rude. Their wait staff was very rude also, no smiles , no talking , nothing! As for the food, we were given a menu in the beginning when we chose this place and two more before the end, the menu was switched up completely making it way too expensive to feed the guest. To top it off .. Lorraine had given us a price list of the extras and we chose “dancing on the clouds” but had no paid yet . After talking to the DJ who said he offers it directly through him, his price was way lower than hers. So they tax extra money on services that are not theirs. This was an awful experience & I thank goodness that my DJ and photographer made this experience worth it for us all. Please chose a different venue. We paid a huge amount and my guest were miserable. This is not a dream place at all, all they care about is money!

Was here for a wedding and it was a remarkable building, and the party was off the chain. Might book my 30th Birthday here!

Obstensibly nose-up-in the air service by manager. Paid 2.50 for an icetea on my way to another vendor there. Also had a lunch. Might go there again or not.

un bonito lugar acojedor y con recuerdos de la historia de esta ciudad con un bello jardin y arquitectura antigua excelente lugar para celebrar un evento especial y tomar lindas fotos en mi visita me senti como en familia por la atencion del personal encargado en general una buena experiencia.

they really go all out with the decorations and a new chandelier and a lot of tabels and they had a great sound system
