Came in before lunch today, to plink off a few magazines on my new gun, I check out and head out to the truck. The cashier set my ID on the counter, did not hand it to me and did not notice that I never picked it up. I was in the parking lot reloading and checking emails for 5 to 10 minutes. I then drove down to Woodstock 15 minutes shopped for 20 minutes and realized I didn't have my ID when they carded me for a purchase. Drove back to Big woods spending $15 in gas round trip, and bringing this to the attention of what I assume to be the manager. The only thing she could do is shrug her shoulders and offered no apology, no resolution, and zero empathy. This is not the way you treat customers when you have four people in the range and five people on staff, when all it would have taken was a 20 second phone call. Awful awful awful and I will never come back here. It was the chick with the purple hair that needs to learn customer service. If they actually read their reviews, I invite you to go check your security footage to see that my ID was set down on the counter instead of being handed to me and how long I sat in the parking lot and when they found the id. All I asked for was a complimentary range time, not a refund so it's not like that would have been a hard decision to make for anybody. Hi-Caliber is literally next door, Go there instead.

I joined with a range membership after visiting for about three months with a friend. The staff is super friendly and helpful with all aspects of shooting and gun buying. Women have free range time on Tuesdays and that is when my wife loves to go. Try this awesome store out very soon. Ask for Jay.

I took the gun basics 101 with Bob Mason. Bob is knowledgeable, fun to listen to, and appropriately keeps control of the class on the range. Class room portion gave me the basics I needed. On the range when needed I was quickly and kindly given individual attention when needed. It was fun, it was work and I left with the beginning of confidence in handling my pistol.

I have been here once to shoot with a friend and once to shop for a gun. There is a good chance that I will purchase my gun from them. They were knowledgeable and WANTED to assist me with any questions that I had. I wide selection of guns. Mostly new. Very few used or consignment guns.

I've purchased numerous guns from BWG and every experience has been great. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly showing me numerous guns on a very busy day.

The son and I hit for an 1/2 hour . We bought the battleship targets and it was a blast. Cool place. Just to blow off some steam from the work week.

Ventilation here on the range is second to none. They have great deals on weapons and they carry a full inventory of cleaning, reloading, and building supplies for weapons. Ammo, well they have a ton of it.

Best shooting range in the area and really friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wide variety of guns are for rent which is a great way to tryout a gun before you buy it. They also have 100's of guns, rifles and accessories for sale. Wonderful gun shopping.

I visited this range today and encountered well ventilated lanes, programmable targets and a store packed full of guns and accessories. They were out of a specific ammo, no matter, they had something in stock to suit my purpose. Several interesting rentals too. The staff was helpful and I will definitely be back.

Recently joined as a member. The range is excellent and there's usually not a wait weekdays. Weekends it gets a bit crazy!
