This place will always have a special place in my heart. No where else in Cumming can you experience the history of Cumming, GA. The theatre is a little small, but this doesn't effect the quality of the sound or show. I love strolling through the rooms and hallways. My recommendation when visiting this place, bring someone with you who is either from Cumming or went to school here. The pictures and their stories, will make it a night to remember.

The CUMMING Playhouse offered Varied and Entertaining... Entertainment... BUT, it is also a “Museum”... of the Times “Past”, in Cumming, Georgia!!! Very dramatic and interesting!!! Plan for “extra”... time to slowly go through the Museum, before attending your “Play”!!!

This playhouse is so cute! It used to be the one building school house for all of Forsyth County and they have photos all around which is very neat.
I especially like the quaint and intimate atmosphere. It does not seat many people and thus there is no bag seat in the house. I have been to 3 shows and have not seen a bad show! I have been especially impressed with the professional acting for such a small venue.
If you are going, definitely have dinner at Tam's downstairs too. If I had to complain, I would complain that the intermission is not long enough to enjoy the coffee and desserts provided by Tams (for a fee).

Saw a play there with family. It was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to be with my family

We have been to numerous plays here and always enjoy. Seating is good no mater where you are seated.

I've attended several plays at this theater and have enjoyed every one of them. Annie was absolutely fantastic and most recently Christmas in Dixie was very entertaining for all ages. It's a very quaint theater with not a bad seat in the house.

Great fun, Quaint setting in an old school house converted to a playhouse. Local talent. Very cozy! If you like music or musical theater you need to visit the Cumming Playhouse for one of it's presentations.

Have seen many productions and always entertained. They do a heck of a lot in a little space. Not broadway, but still a lot of fun with local talent.
