horrible food at gw gyro and wings small portions just total cheap eats never again not real gyro meat it came already in packages. and small amounts for what you pay.

Dillards partners with What Goes Around Comes Around, which is a high-end vintage store that I had never heard of. I wanted to treat myself to a new bag so I was passing through and admired a few. I have a few bags that I purchased new from the original stores so I really just thought Dillards sold new high-end bags. The saleslady asked me if I had shopped there before, and I said yes. (I have shopped at Dillards before). She went on to give me her sales pitch on the bags I was looking at. I settled on one and she held it for me. I came back and she began the purchase process. It was not until after the sale was made that she told me the bag was non-refundable, that the bag was used, and the partnership Dillards has with What Goes Around Comes Around. She also mentioned The RealReal, which is also another high-end vintage store but that they aren't in local stores. But, all of this was stated after the purchase! My bag was $1200 less on The RealReal website!!!

There was a shooting 8/01. Kids prowl the lots. It’s NOT safe especially on weekends and at night. We lived there fifteen years, five minutes from that mall. Don’t go there.

Increase of crime is a myth of those that hated the Mall from the beginning. Shoplifting? Yes, name a mall without it. Violent crimes? Not even a statistical anomaly. Car break-ins? A few. Teen hang out? No, strict mall rules on unattended minors under 18.
Shops come and go, and with Sears vacant that can seem an issue. But inside the mall is about 90% occupied. Yes, the mall is past due for a refresh.
Overall, the area is fortunate and well served by the mall.

Our family loves this mall! When our power went out one time, we came to Arbor Place Mall we enjoyed it's nice air conditioning and had a good time! Soon after it was built, I remember going with my Mom and Grandmother. We thought it was a nice mall, and we were glad to finally have a nearby mall. The food court has a nice selection of good eats that we frequent regularly. We love this mall, and hope it is here for years to come!

Mall was great 2000-2013. Then started going downhill after the owners got rid of security that actually did a good job. 2020 there really isn't any security. 2 anchor stores are gone and many nice stores too. The mall is now 80% urban catering to urban. Theatre closed too. All 18 screens which was only reason I would go and also shop. Place is 1 leg in the grave... Sad...

To me, if it is not an indoor mall, it isn't a mall. Very few of these remain, and as malls go, Arbor Place remains one of the best family oriented malls. Growing up in Macon, I saw that mall ruin by parents dropping kids off and leaving the mall to "babysit" them. Families quit going after dark because of kids cussing, gathering around entrances, etc. Because of the curfew, Arbor Place has been able to curtail this and most people feel comfortable visiting at anytime. (of course there will always be naysayers that will disagree and will visit other area shopping areas with a much higher crime rate, but choose to ignore it).
Maybe not a reason to visit a mall, but Arbor Place has one of the best Food Courts of any mall. Plenty of variety and except at peak times, plenty of tables that are kept clean.
With bankruptcy, one of the mall's largest anchor store has left (Sears) leaving many worried about the future of the mall (small stores come and go and Arbor Place has a high occupancy compared to other malls in the State. But replacing a major anchor will be hard.
Arbor Place Mall draws shoppers from all over west GA and east AL. And friends and family from those areas give the mall thumbs up. And I agree with them.

Arbor Place is a good-sized mall, with lots of stores. Surprising a mall of this size is in such a small city, but Douglasville is in the metro. The only negative is there has been some crime here. I hope they can get that under control.

I use to frequent this mall on a regular basis, but during certain times/days it's very congested. There are lots of teenagers hanging out here, as there is a movie theater inside the mall. However, I appreciate the law enforcement who are very present and keeps order. At one time, there was a curfew imposed on certain ages but not sure if this is still in place.
