We stopped here for lunch on our way home from a trip to Illinois. Downtown Champaign has a lot to offer including this great bar and grill. The sandwiches come in half or whole and the half is plenty. The prices are really good, too. I had the ham and cheese with the tater tots and my husband had the BLT and onion rings. Everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place

Guido's is a sports bar with a good selection of burgers and sandwiches. My wife and I did not see any "dinner plate" selections on the menu, so you will not find anything fancy here. They have outdoor seating which can sometimes be noisy, especially the trucks and buses. Guido's is located on a corner with a traffic signal. Nonetheless, service was good and our food was tasty.

Bom bar, excelente localização central, próximo a hoteis e não fica distante da universidade. Porém não tem nada muito especial, particularmente prefiro a cervejaria artesanal do outro lado da rua.

Spent my Birthday at Guidos, great place to walk to from the Hyatt..had great bartenders. Food is good as well, with a great atmosphere.

It's been a long time since visiting a Sports Bar in a college town ... typically they tend to be pretty good ... but not this dump !!
First we were seated and then our waiter never returned ... food quality was really poor ! Classic burger comes with thin cold fries, half Cesar was without dressing, about a hundred croutons, cheap cubes of chicken and a half pound of awful Parmesan.
When asking our waiter for the check ... he never returned ... so we requested our bill from the bartender and went across the street for a lovely glass of wine.
AVOID ...

Good place to get away from the busy undergraduate bars, typically. It can get crowded on event nights or certain weekends.

Decent menu as well as daily specials. Great, consistent service with a Bar central to the whole place. I've been frequenting this local restaurant for more than a decade and it remained steadily a good performer. Try it a couple of times, you may develop a habit that is good for your health, too.

Had dinner at this popular pub while attending a conference in Champaign. Good service, plentiful selections and over all good quality food.

We like to go here when we go to the free comedy club. They have the best sandwiches. Their eggplant fries are a must. You get big portions for the price you pay. They have a nice liquor selection if you like to drink. It is especially fun in the summertime.

Love their outdoor seating . Great pear pizza and pineapple margaritas. Always have great service. Everyone is very friendly.
