This is NOT the Spa Sydell of yesteryear. I bought a package several years ago but found myself unable to take advantage of their services because the one closest to my home closed down. However, I still had three 50 minute massages left and tried recently to use a service I paid good money for. I was told my package would no longer be honored! Apparently, Spa Sydell was in bankruptcy proceedings a few years ago and long story short, previously purchased packages were no longer being honored. And how was the customer supposed to know this??? No letter, and no real concern on the part of management to inform their clients to “use or lose” their services. I was offered a 20% discount on a massage if I wanted to book it now! I certainly would NEVER again buy a package and I really have no desire to use them for any services. A very poorly managed and run company. There was a time they were special— but no more.

I came for a couples Swedish massage. The beds were amazing, heated and comfortable. Robes were soft and and the sheets were really soft. The therapist was fairly gentle. I was able to relax instantly! It was so calming and well worth the visit. Hot tea and infused water was available along with magazines for the wait. I will definitely be returning.

My boyfriend bought me a massage and I was very excited. I had not had one here in years and was looking forward to it. Now I remember why I don't go back. The service was good. Jasmine was great. Her massage was great and she was a delight. But as usual, the people that work there are just not nice. They are rude and dismissive of you. I walked in a one of their staff almost ran me over. Then they never asked me if I wanted anything as they were asking the woman next to me. Then I was told that the steam room would be great for me after my massage and it was free since I had a service and I went in and it was Ice Cold. I told the front and they could care less. Then they argued with me about the value of my certificate even though the value was printed right on the certificate. Do not go here. There are so many better and cheaper places that value your business.

Visited with friend during girl’s day out for facials. Very tranquil, relaxing experience. My friend also consulted with professional on site & received Botox injections. Doctor was very informative & took great lengths in explaining what would happen & what to expect.

Spa Sydell @The Forum Peachtree Corners definitely started my day off right. Although I was scheduled for an hour massage, and running late, that 1/2 hour was the greatest.
The customer service was good, didn't have a long wait, and the ambiance set the mood. All of the kinks were worked out and I left revitalized and feeling refreshed.

Horrible!! Be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen if you have a $65 Groupon.
I've had excellent massages before in great facilities and I really wanted to like this location of Spa Sydell and perhaps become a regular customer because it's in my neighborhood. I have visited their Dunwoody location and had a great experience. But this one. No. First, the first floor entrance is unattended, completely. Just a sign to proceed upstairs if you have a gift certificate or appointment. What about a first-time visitor with questions or to make an appointment? The downstairs is dark, solemn and the elevator is around the corner with no sign to indicate how to get upstairs.
Not safe at all!!
Next to the elevator, an ATM, which I thought was bizarre in a spa, but I was about to find out why.
I proceed upstairs only to be told that in addition to my $65 groupon, there was a $15 facilities fee, only payable by cash or check. PLUS, I was asked if I wanted a male or female masseuse ---- for a $10 cash only upcharge, which I declined! The Groupon fine print says the gratuity is only acceptable in cash or check. Seems anything extra from Groupon customers is only payable by cash or check. By the time you finish with the nickel and dime scheme, it's a $90 appointment. After the massage, which was actually good, I checked out at the front desk with a different lady who handed me an envelope, saying "all we need is the gratuity". Of course, only payable in cash or check.
If the Groupon is a way to attract new customers, it didn't work!!! I will never again set foot in that facility and any other Spa Sydell for that matter. Horrific service, the only thing that made up for the service was the actual massage.
Other than that, terrible experience and policies.

Spa Sydell is the perfect escape from the stress of life. Taking time for yourself to unwind and decompress is so hard to do these days, but Spa Sydell helps you make the most of it. When you walk in there is a relaxing waterfall running the length of the building and upstairs seems like a completely different world. Dim lighting, soft music, fresh water. I usually get a massage or facial (both if I'm really stressed!) and I feel completely rejuvinated by the time I leave. I highly recommend going with your mom or significant other!
