Had reservations. No one from the company showed up. 7 people with paid reservations here with us. No answer on the phone

Great guides. Was fun for our grandkids from Indiana. Thanks for showing them an awesome time in Idaho. Very friendly and patient guides.

Zip Boise is located at Eagle Island State Park. Make sure to take Eagle Island Parkway to enter the park, the Hatchery Road entrance is closed off. Entrance to the park requires a $5 fee per vehicle. The entrance fee is waived if you have the Idaho State Parks Passport.
Managed by EBL, Zip Boise offers the same quality as the Tamarack Zip Line Canopy Tour. Zip Boise consists of 6 zip lines and 2 quick jumps via a auto belay system. Of course you can tailor your experience as the tour comes in several packages depending on what you want to do. For the cost, it just makes sense to do the Full Tour. The Short Tour includes two zips. If you do that, you'll be done before you know it and left wanting more. The staff is very courteous and have good energy. They manage everything leisurely, you don't feel like you're being rushed or pushed around.
With a maximum height of 80 feet, the tour is a great intro to those new to riding zip lines. Especially for those who think they may be squeamish. Distance from zip to zip doesn't require much walking either. The walk up the towers may be a bit of a huff for those who aren't used to climbing up a few flights. That's how it goes though, as the zip tour is spread across flat land rather than a mountain range. Zip line lengths vary from 400 ft to 1100 ft, so you get a good distance for your money. The Quick Jumps are not bungee jumps. The Quick Jumps are performed via the use of a auto-belay system. So basically, the belay slows your decent without another person's intervention. Stepping off the platform for the Quick Jump was new to me and was quite a freight at first but was fun once you were on your way. I don't remember the height of the first Quick Jump but it was lower than the second jump of 55 feet.
The gist: Zip Boise offers a really fun tour great for those who don't want to drive to Horseshoe Bend or Tamarack, and for those new to zip lining. The Quick Jump is a nice touch as other zip lines don't off anything like that and was a good experience.

What are the age and height requirements for zip lining?
Hi! Zip Boise does not have an age requirement, although minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent. The height requirement for the intro zip tour is 42 inches, and 48 inches for all other tours. There are also weight restrictions: 60-275 pounds for the intro tour, 75-275 pounds for the front 4 lines, and 100-275 pounds for the full tour, night tour, and back 4 lines. Hope this helps!
