I purchased two dolphin discovery experiences before hurricane Irma hit last year. Since the island was destroyed and inaccessible, they offered to provide a voucher to come back. This year, I'm going back, but they closed the location indefinitely,and now refuse to refund my money!
After countless calls and emails getting me nowhere, I gave up. Awful customer service through and through.
How can you take my money, close the location due to a natural disaster, not reopen the location and NOT OFFER A REFUND? What kind of business is this?

Unfortunately Dolphin Discovery Anguila has an undefined open date.

Don’t get me wrong, swimming with dolphins is a great, fun experience. I just recommend moderating your expectations.
We did this as an excursion from our cruise ship stop in St Maarten. The boat ride to Anguilla was nice. I recommend sitting up top for the view.
Our time with the dolphins was nice. Kind of assembly line style.
The “beach” experience was marginal. The current was strong which made it tough to stick close to the beach without getting carried out on the paddle board.
Overall it was nice but not a great value. Then again, we got to HANG OUT WITH A DOLPHIN. :)

Nothing bad to say...you're gonna love it however do walk with extra cash to purchase your photos about $120 extra because no cameras are allowed.

Our group this morning was my family of 3 and only 3 other people. The trainer was good and informative. We bought the picture package because it was a once in a lifetime experience. Overall I would recommend it!

I can't identify with a majority of the posts as my wife and I rented a boat in St. Maartin for the day and set out for Anguilla for the primary purpose of going to Dolphin Discovery. We booked a time to be with the dolphins that was limited to 10 other people. Our time was amazing! We rode on the dolphins, were pulled through the water with them, swam with them etc. Please don't judge this event on the negative comments of a few. Do your due diligence and once you do you can design a small group to be in and have an experience you will never forget...I promise.

Le rêve de ma fille est réalisé ! Nager avec les dauphins dans la mer, le rêve de tous!
Nous l'avons fait!
Impossible maintenant en Europe! Marineland a Antibes nous l'avons fait en Juin! Belle approche mais rien à voir!
Lilo le dauphin vous traîne avec son autre compagnon par les nageoires et vous poussent avec leur museau (foot push) plus bisous etc
50mn a 6/7 personnes en programme Royal Swim!
Bref allez y vite avant que cela ne soit plus possible!
Le prix est justifié pour un moment inoubliable!!
Attention cependant aux produits dérivés et à la vente des photos horriblement chères!
J'ai pris celles de ma fille Ilena 12 ans car elle aura ce souvenir grave à vie!

My daughter and I were really looking forward to this experience. The ferry ride over from St Maarten was bumpy - especially near the end. Needed Dramamine. The ferry itself was not in the best shape. The dolphin interaction was great. However, the mouth on the poor dolphin was in bad shape probably from all of the people kissing it. But, we enjoyed the dolphin. The water was green and slimy though. The pictures were a total rip off. $119 for a CD with some pictures. Lunch was provided which was just a sub sandwich with a little bit of meat, some pringles and a drink. We hung out on the beach which had waaay too much seaweed. My daughter did enjoy the paddle board. We did this excursion as part of our cruise package. It takes most of the day - not much time to do anything else in St Maarten.

It was my first time experiencing dolphins, was really fun. Only thing i was upset about is they dont tell you when or which angle they are taking pictures from and the water wasn't soo clean. Staff was nice

The dolphins are in captivity but cannot be released as for several reasons they could not live in the wild. They appeared well-cared-for and the trainers seemed to be caring of them. As to how long they work, I am not sure. As far as cruise ship tours then end early afternoon.
