Have visited JBs many times, loving the food, the atmosphere, the drinks, etc.
However today we dropped in for lunch and were very disappointed.
Tables were crushed into a corner with people hunched around them, there were no bar stools, the beer was not cold and some quite aggressive drivers parked inappropriately blocking others access.
You cant rely on reputation forever, service and attention does matter.
Indeed we saw numerous couples leaving in the space of an hour. $$$ walking out the door.

Most enjoyable, easy-going and relaxing environment - the only way to be when dining with friends and/or family.
Good food at a good price in a relaxed and friendly environment with staff to match who are friendly yet professional.
Will look forward to going back to this great venue.

Fantastic night at the Christmas in July. Atmosphere was awesome, live music was great and the food so delicious too. Will definitely be returning 5/5

Came here late on a Friday for lunch. Warm and toasty inside. Lovely friendly staff. Good choices on menu plus daily specials. Order taken promptly and did not have to wait long for our food. Very generous portions. Great memorabilia around the walls. Will be back.

The friendly and accommodating staff. The menu was a little limited due to lockdown. The staff coped beautifully. We had an amazing meal.

Quality Irish Pub in the Perth suburbs. Bit cheaper than city centre and good quality food and beer offers.

Called into JB's today for lunch with Irish visitors and I was appalled firstly by the state of the women's toilet's. Grubby tiles, broken toilets and in general need of a coat of paint to doors etc. Ugh!!!
The restaurant is a tired shabby shadow of its former self. Food and service was very poor. None of our group enjoyed our meal .I have paid a lot less for a lot better food around Perth. Beer however was a nice drop . The vintage bikes hanging from the ceiling haven't seen a dust buster in a longtime. I don't usually write reviews however I really had to after this experience. Unimpressed!!!

No just pub with TV screens and restaurant out the back. There is a TAB in Vincent Street though, you might have to google it to get the where abouts.
