Fun and exciting. I'd like to esp. single-out our hostess - Matti. Her attentiveness and consideration helped us to have a much better experience than we would have otherwise had.

This was a super fun escape room! We did the Houdini’s Dressing Room and had a lot of fun! The clues were challenging and we almost escaped in time!

I think It could have been pretty fun but our room was not very well organized. We found and solved clues fairly quickly but struggled with the locks. The first lock we encountered would not open even though we had the correct combination. We talked about the code out loud and eventually asked for help. She told us we needed the code we had, but the lock was odd. She told us the lock had to be opened a certain way which was not explained at the beginning when she was talking about the different locks in the room. After 20 minutes of fighting with the lock we moved on to the next clue which was not working on the next lock. After struggling with that lock for 10 min or so we asked for help and were told that our solution to the clue was wrong because someone prior had tampered with the clock and it was as set so we were unable to get the combination. The room had not been reset properly. By this time I was done and just wanted to leave. One other problem we had was the lighting it was dark and hard to see clues. In fairness they did add 2 min because they didn’t rest the room properly, but it cost us way more time than that

My family and I have done multiple rooms at Rexburg Re-Escape. The rooms are well organized and super fun. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and make the experience so much fun. The rooms are challenging yet beatable. We recommend folks to visit when they are in the area.

We did Grimm's fairy tale, which was a level 2 difficulty (medium). It was great! For my 40th birthday I went with my wife, sister, parents (who are in their upper 70's), my son and nephew (in their teens). What a great family time. Most of us had never been and didn't know what to expect. The props and clues were awesome. Also, a great time.

We loved it. We were able to finish most of it and enjoyed the mechanisms opening to reveal more clues. They gave us unlimited clues unlike other places so that we could accomplish more in the 60 min. They also gave clues without revealing what we were to do. It made great memories for our family.

Went as a double date and it was fun to search for the way out of the prison together. It was a great get to know each other activity. We bonded over freaking out about finding the way out together. We were able to escape before the average time.

This place is a wonderful part of the Rexburg Community. The staff are all very friendly, very personable, and they put together AMAZING puzzles to play! I've played all of their rooms, including the room they put together for the Renaissance Faire back in July, and they all take brain power and apply the random little details you wouldn't think of applying otherwise. I've also been a test subject for a room when they opened a new room recently, and they listened to my suggestions and made me feel like they actually cared about what I thought of the puzzle. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a little bit of fun!

I’ll start by saying the guy in charge was accommodating to give us that room at a time that wasn’t listed. The concept was good but my timer that was given to me stopped immediately and I kept saying that out loud And surely he heard me, so we had no idea how much time we had left. The lighting was poor in the rooms and even my kids said it was difficult to read the clues. One of my light glow sticks went out. In the next room we couldn’t find a crucial item. All of a sudden he comes into the room and says the witch got us and we couldn’t finish. I was ticked. I would’ve appreciated some notice from time to time saying how much time we had left, and we were only a piece away from solving it. After I asked him where the needed item was... guess what??? It was so high up that none of us could’ve even reached it! So a television inside would’ve been nice to monitor our time and see the clues written. Having better lighting. Having a clue that we could actually reach to finish the game. Giving us a chance to finish the game!
