The visitor center is full of stuff that is both fun and adventerous! Brought my little kiddos here for a quick and fun visit and it turned into a whole adventure! After we got done in the visitor center we went for a short walk around the canyon and watched the people diving off the bridge too! Very exciting and fun day, would recommend to all!

We stopped at the visitor center to use the Supercharger and found a gem! The views are beautiful and the bridge is interesting. The center is a lovely building with exhibits about Evel Knievel and Perrine Bridge. Free coffee available. I suggest a stop here.

From here you can get a nice view of the Perrine Bridge and see some of the base jumpers! You can also walk under the bridge on the rim trail.

The Visitor's Center has a wonderful view of the Snake river, the Snake River Canyon and Perrine Bridge. If you are lucky (we weren't) you'll see base jumpers leaping from Perrine Bridge.
A very nice walkway leads from the Visitor's Center, in both directions, along the rim of the canyon. We enjoyed walking along the trail and seeing different views of the river. There is a nice overlook just outside the Visitor's Center.

Very nice visitor’s enter with views of the Snake River Canyon. Free travel guides available as well as souvenirs. RV parking available as well.

The sign just says Visitor Center. The building is accessed via a roundabout into a shopping mall complex. Exhibit signage was interesting & and the woman working this afternoon was knowledgeable and helpful. They also have road maps and a gift shop. After visiting, we walked to the Perrine Bridge overlook on the Canyon Rim Trail. Beautiful views of the Snake River and the bridge. We followed the trail under the bridge to the lookout on the east side. Also very cool. From that point, we could see to the Evel Knievel jump site we’d hiked to earlier.

This is a well laid out Visitor Center with a display of some local history, and some souvenirs. When we go to visitor centers, we expect to see mature representatives of the locality, and a passion for the area - but not here. The day we visited, there were a couple of young men on duty. Unfortunately their knowledge of the area was somewhat limited, and we did not get the overview of the attractions we typically get. They share the parking lot with access to a walking path along the river, and a terrific view of the bridge. No base jumpers the day we were there (too windy), but a nice view.

We stopped by for a bathroom break and to take some pictures. The Perrine Bridge is here and base jumpers like to jump off the bridge. My sons had fun watching them back flip off the bridge. Great views.
