They convinced me to take my new purchase without packaging because I was about to board a flight and they convinced me that it would be much more convenient to not have the bulky box to deal with.
The, when the item has shown itself to not function properly, I could not return it, because they require the original packaging for returns.
I was a sucker and really thought they were trying to be kind and helpful. Really, they seem to be trained to do this so that things can't be returned.
I spoke to a friend who had the same experience.

Unfortunately although the service was good at the store, I was overcharged in my card and the headphones out of the box were faulty and did not turn on. I wonder if they were opened and put back because this have never happened to me.
Edit:
After I purchased a product that was faulty and couldn’t return to the airport, the team was very responsive via email and did everything to refund me for this product. I think they have great service, though the product was faulty

I visited your store in O’Hare airport 9:15 on Friday August 13th and your team member there - Jacob - did a phenomenal job assisting me in finding a specific cable. He turned a lousy morning of delayed travel into a day with hopeful potential. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and very humorous!

This store is geared toward travelers. They carry a wide assortment of headphones, chargers and gear needed for your worldly travels. They have headphones available for demo to try out. Which is really nice for those wanting to get nicer headphones but afraid to jump into the deep end. Prices are fair. Most product is priced same as best buy or Amazon.

Stopped in to check out headphones and other accessories and to see what they have available. Bring selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good stop!

This InMotion location is in Terminal 1 at O'Hare Airport in Chicago. They have a number of items like chargers, phone covers, headphones, earphones, travel pillows, etc. I was looking to see what kind of pricing they had on Bose headphones hoping to see they on sale or at a better price than they have been in the past. No such luck. They are still up in the $350 range. I shall continue my quest!

Located in Terminal 1 at O'Hare, if you are looking for any type of headphone, earphones, chargers, traveling backpacks, then InMotion is your place. Good selection and very friendly staff.
