Hermoso templo!

Este lugar es mágico. Su hermosa arquitectura es majestuosa, sobre todo las dos construcciones que se encuentran en frente, una en mármol y otra en madera. Las dos cuentan con un nivel de detalle increíble. Merece la pena una visita y recorrido. Por dentro es hermoso. Para hacer el recorrido debes quitarte los zapatos.
Muy recomendado!!

Most artistic temple in IL

This Temple is really very beautiful and for must visit. So clean and spiritual and lots of space for many occasions. We really liked the food and ice cream. Rajbhog flavor ice cream was so delicious and had 2-3 times. In temple premises so many water fountains and beautiful flowers. They have 2-3 Peacock and they were dancing when we went there. First time saw White peacock.

Excellent Carvings

Swami Narayan Temple Chicago is a very beautiful temple.One can see very beautiful carvings inside the temple.This temple is built by Swami Narayan sect and main deity is Bhagwan Swami Narayan.It is a hindu Temple(Mandir).It has been built as per traditional hindu architecture and Shilpa Shastrs as per details given in temple write up. Temple has a big cafeteria hall and ample parking space.A must see, if you are around that area.

swaminarayan mandir

BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir is Hindu place of worship and temple was built by Swaminarayan Sanstha. structure is built according to Shilpa shastra. It is collection of architectural treatises and have been an integral part of Indian architecture. Sacred images of Swaminarayan , Siva, Parvathy, Ganesha etc are there.
Haveli: Adjacent to the mandir cultural complex well designed and made up of wood. It represents traditional western Indian architectural structures and wood working skill of Indian craftsman.
