This rooftop venue is the best place to watch a ball game at Wrigley Field. I was there on September 20, 2015 for the Cardinals vs Cubs game! BTW. The Cardinals won!!! So I had a great day. The view is amazing from the rooftop. The food and beverage service was absolutely stunning. The food variety is best described as exquisite tailgate fare. You have to try the pulled pork. Whatever you do, don't order your hot dog with ketchup!!! Order the Chicago Dog and you won't be unhappy in the least bit. Here is a little tip! If you have difficulty with stairs, then make sure to allow yourself some breaks going up the stairs. Also, this is open seating and the doors open 30 minutes prior to the game. Get there early to get in line and grab seats together with your family or friends. An hour or more prior to game time should be satisfactory. Also, look for good deals just after the regular season is over for the next year. I got my tickets for half price but got them nearly a year in advance.

We watched the Cubs play the Mets from the 3609 Sheffield location. This provides a view from right field, down the first base line. I chose it because it was one of the smaller venues, and liked the menu choices for the price advertised. The view is somewhat obstructed (hence the lower price compared to other venues), but you can still see most of what you want to see. There is beverage service on 3 levels, and food service on 1 level. In addition to the bleacher seating, there are tables and chairs scattered around the 2 outdoor levels.
This was an early season game with early season weather (breezy with temps in the low 40s). It was nice to be able to go inside from time to time to warm up and watch the game on the HD big screen TVs. There were only about 20 or so other people there, so it was easy to move around and take advantage of the buffet and bar.
The food was good and service was friendly. I'm used to Fenway Park prices, so this seemed to be a bargain. Price is all inclusive.

This is a great place to get a feel for how the city is set out and a great place for sundowners as the sun sets. Good photo opportunities, but you may have to wait a while to get seated, depending upon what day and time you visit. It is free to get in but the drinks are slightly more pricey than other venues in the city.

We had a work event here and LOVED it! As a baseball fan it was one of the most awesome ways to watch a game! Service was great! Great place to hold team outings.

Attended the Cubs- Rays game on Saturday and YEA the Cubs won but the rooftop lost. The appetizer ban was great but you let it run out and our group had to ask for it to be refilled. The line was long! It was never attended to during the first hour was a mess. I sat along the rooftop rail and the TV in this area could not be viewed as the Sun was shining. Place a hood over the TV, The area also had broken speakers and no sound from the game could be heard. The men’s restroom had the soap dispenser fallen off the wall and sitting on the ledge of the sink. During the game your brill went up in smoke - you need to Clean before the outing. The team was professional and eager to serve but a request for a vege burger took over 45 minutes after everyone else had eaten. Your desserts were extremely disappointing.- cold dry cookies and cold brownies - nothing too exciting. I noticed the ice cream guy on the adjacent rooftop – good idea to use. Once again your team needed to be asked to refresh the supply. Bartenders were great and accommodating but the overall experience was not worth the ticket price. Other rooftops do a better job with the experience.

There was 43 of us in our group from Springfield. We were treated excellent. Could not say enough kind words about the staff. Food was very fresh. Nothing too fancy just really good quality. They gave us reserved seating since we were such a big group and the owner of the place also gave us a easy payment setup. It was much easier than other rooftops I had been to in prior years.

We are SO Glad you and your guests enjoyed yourself! Don't forget we start selling in January for 2014 and we expect to have you again. This time the Cubs will take down the Cardinals all in good fun. Stay warm this Winter and See you in Spring!

Terrible! Lame! Ripoff! Purchased three tickets for the 7/20/13 Jason Aldean concert. What a disappointment. Paid $143 per ticket including tax for what was promoted as having food that included appetizers, salads, sides, desserts, people walking around serving food. What we received was hunger! No appetizers. Food was pulled pork (bland), Italian sausage, burger, chicken sandwich (dry) and a bag of stale potato chips. No sides, no salads. Incredibly lame! Many around us were complaining too, that is when we heard there were various prices people paid. Many paid less than us and they were equally disappointed. We then felt double ripped off! This rooftop is not worth it even at free!
The doors opened late, even after first act began. There wa no photographer walking around to take your souvenir pictures as stated pin their website. Limited beverage selection, small cups (they were pouting beer cans into cups).
We have been to other rooftops which put this one to shame! We were envious of the food we saw being consumed at the rooftops on either side of us.
Sent email to Chris who tickets were purchased from complaining of lack of food and how they didn't deliver what was advertised, but no response received.
