We usually recommend arriving at our dock 30 minutes in advance of your scheduled departure time. Depending on the boat you will ride on, there are usually enough seats for everyone to sit on the top level, weather permitting. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your cruise!

Cruises don’t start up till March 15th. I would either call them dielrextly or wait till the 15 th when the site will be updates

We went in August and it was warm and windy. I would think it would be cool in Chicago in October.

Hi there, All of our vessels have a lower-level lounge complete with comfortable seating, a full-service bar with drinks and snacks, and air conditioning! Additionally, they all have windows so guests are able to see outside and also have full audio so that you don't have to miss any part of the commentary. We hope to cruise with you soon!

I don’t think it matters whether you buy it in advance or on the same day, however I think you get a bit of a discount if you buy it online rather than streetside.

No. It travels on 3 branches of the Chicago River, as far as the turning basin st the lake Michigan shipping locks.

There were also no kids on our boat when we took the cruise. In my opinion, younger children will not be able to appreciate the information shared on the cruise as it mostly talks about the architecture of the different buildings on the way. They may enjoy the boat ride but if it is done at twilight, it might be too cold or windy if you stay on the rooftop which provides the best views.
