Enjoyable 20 minute ride around Chicago's Magnificent Mile area. Really enjoyed it. Driver just drove. No touristy info, but that was ok.

We chose the 30 minute ride that went northward from the Water Tower to Rush Street and the designer district then east to parallel Lake Shore Drive. It was a nice, relaxing ride though the driver never said anything about where we were nor did he give any commentary of any kind. That was ok for us since we've been to Chicago several times, but it was unusual compared to rides we've taken in at least five other cities. Not sure if this is true of all of the drivers. FYI: We did not have a reservation; we just picked up a carriage from west of the water tower.

I booked a Horse and carriage ride with the intent to propose to my girlfriend. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and promptly discussing all my options and details that are included. I booked it in advance and kept in contact through emails with them. The day of my proposal. There was a slight change of plans as to where I was going to propose but they messaged me and notified me quickly about the changes and everything turned out great. They even credited me the difference in the package due to the change of plans! Needless to say, this was an extraordinary fun time and memorable weekend for my fiancé and I. I will look back into this company in the future for my next horse and carriage ride! Highly recommend!

rated as average due to driver stating multiple times "I work on tips". We booked the 2 hour tour to the fountains that were closed due other events. They offered alternative but it turned into sitting in traffic for the majority of the time. Seemed that the route should have been better planned with the corresponding event to avoid just sitting in traffic. The carriage was nice and the driver was nice except for the multiple times about the tipping!!!

I take a yearly trip to Chicago with my daughter and Mother. I thought a carriage ride might add to our experience. I booked a 90 minute ride through the website and they charged my card. About an hour later I received an email from Stacy who evidently is the owner, indicating that all the 90 minute rides are booked through the holidays - and then she told me that this information was noted on the home page of the website. Needless to say my credit card was charged for the 90 minute ride. When I went back to the website, the information was there, but in very small print. Stacy told me I could do a shorter ride and and she would credit me the difference. We went for our shorter ride, which was fine. The driver was nice. However, I booked this trip over three weeks ago, my credit card was charged over three weeks ago and I still have not received the credit for the difference between the 90 minute ride and the 45 minute ride, which is $100!. Stacy has stopped responding to my emails. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Pain in the rear....

I originally planned to to go NOBLE HORSE CARRIAGE. I had my 3 granddaughters (4, 6 and 8 year olds) all in their Cinderella dresses as we waited for our carriage at the corner of Michigan and Chicago as instructed. We waited over an hour and a half. I telephoned 3 times and they said they were coming. They never showed up and then stopped taking phone calls.. The girls were heartbroken and cold so we walked over to the stop for the Chicago Horse and Carriage . They came to the rescue and salvaged what was looking like a nightmare. The driver was wonderful and helped tell the story of Cinderella to my thrilled little princesses. He made "dreams come true."

Had a good ride on Chicago Horse & Carriage . Went thru down town Chicago roads , passed by water tower , then to the Chicago lake and back to down town . We enjoyed it so much as we were thinking of taking it for one more time , but did not have the time for doing it again .

Very relaxing and romantic carriage ride! The driver was soooo nice and took several photos of us! I asked to take one photo of the carriage before we left and he offered to take some of us with it! He was super nice too! We did the ride along the lake; it was a lot quieter. I would suggest this because you still have to go through the city to get to and from the road near the lake so you still get to see some of the city!

We were here on a business contest trip and decided to take the ride in the cold November air. It was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny! We took a limo to the Ballet and were picked up by these folks for an hour long ride after the ballet! Beautiful way to see downtown Chicago on a cold November evening.
