Hit and miss, not too impressed but not bad. We didn’t indulge in the gaming area so this review is just of the service, food and drinks. Around 2-hour before a cubs game, this place was surprisingly mostly empty. We sat at a table near the window and ordered a few beers. I wouldn’t blame the sever…but it took awhile. She seemed to be running the entire floor of 20+ customers spread out everywhere.

We enjoyed our dinner at Lucky Strike. We thought it was fun to have dinner and play darts, ping pong, billiards etc. If going with children, go early as they need to be out by 9:00. Small menu, but we had great food, excellent cocktails, and our server was great! Bowling was too pricey for us so we skipped it ($20 per person per hour) but the other activities were $15 total for an hour. Also in the same building is an arcade (closed when we went due to Covid) and a movie theater, so you could really spend a lot of time in the building! Walking distant to Mag Mile as well!

Good atmosphere and music. We met up with friends and chose it due to the varied menu. The wait staff were quick, food was OK. Typical overpriced location in downtown Chicago.

I'm really surprised at some reviews that are low. I'm sorry that these folks had such a bad experience. Hopefully Mgt. takes their suggestions to heart and makes those suggested improvements.
For us, however, we had a GREAT evening, with GREAT food, and a GREAT server, Juan. Juan really went above and beyond for us in terms of service, delivery, and personality. If any of my fellow reviewers had poor service, they certainly weren't lucky enough to have Juan taking care of them. Thank you, Juan, you rock!
We had fun w/ping-pong tables, eats, and drinks. The atmosphere is fun, light-hearted, and easy-going. I could see this would be great for team events, corporate outings, or other large gatherings. Or, as we did, a family meal (nachos, bread pudding, and cauliflower pizza, tasty!)

Lucky Strike is terrible. The service and food are brutal. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Go to Pinstripes instead!

ときどき機械の調子がよくないときがあったが、楽しかった。ショッピングモールのような複合施設の2階にある。ここで食べたピザはなかなか美味しかった。

We were able to watch sports on big TVs & bar service was good with Jim. Pricey drinks but that is Chicago. All kinds of games to play- video & pool, bowling and interactive as well. Across front the movie theater and well positioned downtown & close to hotels.

First, we had to go back home as we did not have our ID on hand...luckily, live right next door, so not a big deal. Everything started smooth, just surprised by the high cost per hour for two players....coming in from London, UK where I thought prices were high but this place is much more expensive.
We had an issue on couple of occasions where the actual cone would 'fly' out on the lane so we were missing them for the reset for next player....we had to ask 3x to get this reset until they moved us to other lane...and different challenge would come here...you would not hit any of the cones but it will show like you did hit one...and / or after the reset one cone at the middle would be missing...
There was no proper apology from the team, neither extending our play time by few minutes to compensate our issues....we still had a fun but left a bitter after taste at the end.
