AVOID!!! Great massage, but they will scam you out of money. Kody is still great but the management is falling apart. I have bought multiple gift cards through the years because they are the same price as the membership but they don’t lock you in. I called yesterday to see if I had any gift cards left. Spent 20 minutes with Nicole on the phone until she found it with the help of another employee. She told me I was good to go for a 1 hour massage. I check in with no issue, get a fantastic massage, tip generously then leave. Bethany calls me later to tell me that there is no gift card. When I press her on the matter she tells me there are gift cards on file, but they are expired and she has to charge me the full amount. They charged my card on file without my authorization. 1. Nobody goes to that place and pays the full amount. 2. Why am I responsible for their malfeasance? 3. Illinois and federal laws mandates that In Illinois, the combined gift cards and certificates should never expire, and never have fees.

The concierge at The Blackstone referred me to Hand and Stone massage. The day I visited —Christmas Eve—my head, neck and shoulders were aching and painful.
Laronda, an expert masseuse, performed magic in unwinding the knots from my neck and shoulders. Laronda’s skill allowed me to enjoy Christmas without writhing pain.
I highly recommend Hand and Stone Massage and will visit the next time I am in Chicago.

If you’re in Chicago and need some muscle tension relaxation- I’d highly recommend trying Hand and Stone Massage. Daniel is one of my regular therapists, but I’ve never been disappointed with any of the other employees. From a cost perspective it’s better to be a member, but they do handle one off appointments. I hate to put the hotels out of spa service work- but the hotels price massages as an add on luxury item that you end up paying almost 3x’s the cost of a massage at Hand & Stone. If you live in Chicago, invest in a membership for your own health and well being. Appointments are easy to book. I’m a member in Florida, my primary residence, and Hand and Stone accommodates the transfer of membership credits seamlessly! I don’t get anything for writing this... lol... I just feel great service deserves great accolades.

My husband and I did a couple's massage here after the Chicago Marathon. The massage after running for so long the day before was so nice and soothing. We opted for the hot stone massage and that was really nice.
The only disappointing part is that our massage started around 10 minutes late and then it ended about 5 minutes early. We paid for 60 min massage and therefore the massage should last for 60 min. Otherwise, they should call it 45 min massage. The massage is not cheap so we should get our money's worth. I should have said something right there but I didn't. So if you're going to this place, take note and make sure you get the full minutes of massage that you will pay for.

Great place for any spa treatments, well priced with a pleasant and experienced staff. The place is always spotless and run very efficiently. Packages are always a good deal if you like a regular treatment.

Four of us went here after our friend ran the marathon. Both James and Joey - the two massage therapists - were awesome. The front desk staff was also very nice and very professional. Definitely recommend this place.

The moment I walked in I was instantly relaxed by the vibe alone. The young ladies up front were so nice and welcomed me as if I just walked through the doors of my own home. They offer different types of beverages, even hot tea and flavored water. My favorite part of checking in? How clean the place was!! I got a tour of the spa and was really impressed. They even have a couples room so I can't wait to bring my partner.
Next came the massage which was the best I've ever had. The therapist was spot on. I also tried this stone face massage which was unlike anything I've experienced before, it put me to sleep.
I became a member and look forward to coming back as often as possible. I travel a lot and can utilize my services nation wide which was just more icing on the cake. Did I mention I didn't have to sign my life away? Yes please.
Not going to lie, with the lower prices I expected low quality because that is what I've experienced in the past. I was way wrong!! Can't wait to come back!!
