This pop-up museum runs through Dec 20, 2015. Located on 2nd floor of Block 37. Free admission. Exhibit does a nice job explaining the history and process of sausage making. Interesting visuals, including a video that shows the process of making your own sausage. It's fun to see equipment for the home, learn about the manufacturing and revisit the history of biggies like Oscar Mayer. Not open Mondays and Tuesdays. 11am-6 or 7pm, depending on the day.
