Great experience overall- Chris was a phenomenal tour guide. We came before a Bulls game, United Center is about 15 min walk away.

Visited here twice in the last few weeks and also did the tour. The bar staff and tour guide were great! Had a wonderful experience and can't wait to get back.

Too short on experiences during the tour. We should be able to touch examples of raw materials, drink beer before its final stage (which gives an unusual taste), and walk through the tanks, a more immersive experience. Our guide speaks very fast and sometimes got hard to understand. But all the times I talked to him he was helpful and kind.

Well worth the modest $15 cost - very knowlegeable guide/aspiring brewer/host (Julian), plenty of excellent samples, and loads of useful nuggets of information, plus a great glass to take home. What not to like! Book early as the tour is very limited.

Lovely tour with Jack. He k ew a lot about the history of the brewery and kept us all engaged. Generous tasters and a free pint glass capped off a lovely afternoon!

Como fan de esta cerveza, el lugar y la variedad de cerveza goose island es un lugar obligatorio, sin embargo no hay muchas opciones de comida, solo tacos. El servicio es súper rápido y el personal muy amable. Los tours en la cervecería son solo por temporada así qué hay que revisar en la plantación a visitar.

Soy un gran bebedor de cerveza tipo Indian Pale Ale (IPA) , siempre me gusto la Goose Island y conocer este lugar hizo que mis gustos sean mejores. Un lugar donde podes visitar la fábrica , beber muchos tipos de cerveza y comer algo. Aclaro que la comida no es nada de otro mundo pero la experiencia está muy bien. También venden lindos souvenirs en el lugar.

Good beer but a bit of a slow crowd. I was anticipating a bit more of a younger scene. The area it is located in was very industrial and a little deserted. I came from the South Loop and I wouldn’t recommend walking it by yourself. We tried the Flamingo IPA and a simple lager. The 8 oz taster glasses were really nice to try beer without committing to a whole pint. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend the brewery if you were looking for a good place to catch up with someone or have a quite beer.

This was one of my favorite experiences in Chicago. The staff was attentive and helpful. I recommend you take people that will appreciate the experience and go through the whole list together. They’ve got a pretty good gift shop too.

We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon; it was a nice spring day, and Chicago was ready to be out. We learned: make a reservation. To their credit, they fit us in at an outdoor table...but we only had about 15 minutes, since someone had a reservation.
The outdoor seating situation wasn’t ideal; the tables were covered with scaffolding during our visit.
Service was a little disjointed. Our server brought us different beers than we ordered, and then accidentally spilled one all over the place. Accidents happen, but it also seemed like the staff was having to hustle so quickly that mistakes were more likely.
Nice selection of beers; they tasted good. But, definitely some better brew houses in the same neighborhood and throughout the city.

I don't think that it is an adequate environment for children. Despite the fact that the brewery is a factory, which always has potential for accidents (especially with kids), the final destination is a pub, with alcohol, etc.

I have been trying to reach you and the events department for over a week. called and left a vm, but no sign of life from your end. wanting to bring a corporate group of 130 pax this July (tour and tasting, potentially private dinner event as well), but for that we would need to a channel of communication.
