Good but not for all

This is nice venue with good seating indoor and outside, Wines are said to be better than average, and a big selections of ciders, I am a craft beer drinker and like non grape wines(Peach, cherry, blueberry) Neither which were available. With this said half of the 6 persons that met there did not drink and the other half had a glass and then went to another establishment that catered to all the group. But if you all just want is wine or cider try them. I won't be back.

Awesome Wines

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves here. Nice people and the wines were really tasty. We even came home with T-shirts.

Unfriendly atmosphere

Not the friendliest people and not the greatest wine in Southern IL. Much more customer friendly wineries within a 10 mile radius.

Be Sure To Stop

Owl Creek is an excellent place to visit. Their cider selection is fantastic. They have a great tiered seating area in back of their building. The staff are friendly and eager to help.

Dog Friendly and Great Cider!

Nice outdoor area with a deck and grassy area. The area is dog friendly. The tables were well spaced out and they were enforcing masks inside. The cider was great! You could also order food. They had live music which was a nice touch. The drive to the vineyard is gravel and a bit rough.

Love Owl Creek ❤️

Owl Creek is one of our favorite wineries in Southern Illinois. Their selection of wines is extensive. They have something to suit everyone. They do offer a food menu as well. Currently there is no inside dining. They have nice decks at their new facility and encourage you to bring lawn chairs as well. You can usually hear some music on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

One of my favorites for sure!

This place was recommended by another couple at the place we are staying at. I'm so glad!
First of all, the safety precautions for the COVID-19, I felt were upheld. I felt safe the entire time. Everyone had masks on (required) inside and staff kept masks on. They had plexiglass where you ordered. All the tables were spaced out great.
Second, the food and wine. We ordered the picnic for 2, a pretzel, and a panini. All of them were delicious! We tried a red ruby and white sangria. The white sangria was phenomenal! It tasted like a pineapple cocktail.
I would recommend this place for sure.

Great Sangria!

Great winery- Sangria is awesome! Outdoor space would be perfect for warm weather! FYI-the road going in is a little narrow.

Owl creek is one of my favorite wineries in southern Illinois wine is mid line you can sample all the wines and apple cider beers beer is my favorite of theres and good music as well with a tree top outside deck and appetizers

Don’t waste your time

This spot seemed to be overrated. There were a ton of people there. However the wines were boring. We did a tasting and the sever seemed super annoyed with us and tried to rush us along. The pours were barely enough to taste the wine. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
