Brilliant!
Staff were great, timings were spot on and health and safety was front and foremost bearing in mind this IS a dangerous sport. Youngest daughter of 15 pootled around at her own pace eldest recorded the fastest lap

Truthfully we had a fab time.
But others on the track spoilt it for us.
We ignored the bullying to get out of the way as we ARE suppose to move over for faster karts . But being pushed in to the Barrie’s to get us out the way and bumped into constantly when they empathised this is a NON contact sport was really what spoilt it. One person in our party was knock by one idiot into the Barriers which ultimately cause a collision with two other go karts knocking her visor clean off. To which she had to have a replacement helmet. Her arms and legs are covered in a large solid bruise and is causing her more discomfort we thought it would. Did they get the black flag and sent them off! No! The workers and tools who were recklessly driving and causing all the crashes and spin outs were obviously friends and knew each other. And to me that just put us all in an unsafe position. And the training video rendered pointless. After seeing how professional it appeared at the start with the staff friendliness and the warnings,training video,rules and regulations I planned to bring my family in the summer but seeing as all the above went out of the window on the track I think not!

We had our grandsons visiting from Australia so thought it would be a nice treat for them and we were not disappointed they throughly enjoyed it a great experience. Our other grandson who lives locally jumped at the chance to come with us even though he’s been several times before, he even saw the advertisement looking for part time staff and asked at reception for the details. The staff are friendly. We ate at the cafe that has recently reopened the lady that ran it was friendly and helpful, the food is very reasonably priced and the and all 6 plates were cleared . My only advice would be make sure you book as it was extremely busy

Total rip off. Too many on the track, unable to get a full lap in without any restrictions. Waste of time and money.

We appreciate all feedback, especially when constructive but you have missed a few things off your review.
Firstly we limit how many go on track and we are allowed to put more on than we actually do.
Secondly, you were on a family ride and you had a youngster with you yet it was you who were warned twice on your session about ignoring the rules before we then took you off track for a 3rd infringement of the safety rules. What makes your behaviour even worse is the fact we do a verbal briefing beforehand and you watch a safety video and yet you still drove in this manner so we therefore had to take you off as you were a danger to yourself, other drivers and our staff.
Thirdly, we were letting you back on for your other rides but when you were brought off it was you who decided to take off your suit and leave, demanding a refund, which obviously you weren't entitled to.

We didn't book but they managed to get us in, £ 20 for 20 minutes is cheaper than a lot of places and is a great track and lots of fun

I went with my 11 year old nephew and as a 35 year old woman who doesn't drive it was my first time karting. I had so much fun even though I was rubbish and the staff were absolutely lovely. A great place to go if it's your first time.

Took my 2 boys, 9 and 12 there for a double session and had the best time ever, their words although i thought the same. Easy to book and check in, clear briefing, and really good performing carts. Staff looked after everyone and flags raised when required.
Must say how good the value was for the duration you get to kart.
Will definitely be returning when in the area and would highly recommend to anyone.

My kart started flying over other cars wings grew out of the side and it started flying it was very fun definitely the best thing ever!

First time here, took our son for his 11th birthday.
Greeted with a smile, very helpful and friendly staff who know the drill.
Fun track layout with responsive karts.
Ran with health and safety in mind, always felt the stewards were in control and had a great time.

Luke our reply to you will be the exact same as the one from google as you left a similar review on there,
We take all constructive criticism seriously but unfortunately yours wasn't constructive or fair at all!
You were booked as a family group as you had 3 kids with you and therefore it was a family ride which will have the adults with their kids on track. Your group were on track with a couple of other families and they absolutely loved it.
We do adult only rides but as you brought the kids you were a family group. This is where I would normally say book an adult ride for yourself next time but due to you insulting the staff and behaving like you did you're not welcome back here.

Unfortunately, Our Minimum age for all Karting is 8 Years old with a Minimum height of 125cm Tall
Any Driver under the age of 8 years old can not race.
