We love the fact that Decatur now has a Disc Golf course. It's 18 "holes" and reasonably well maintained. Be forewarned that there's plenty of rough when you could lose a disc or two.
Each hole has a map showing the course and listing the par for the hole. We are not very good players so we typically double par, but still have lots of fun!

I had my first experience with disc golf a few weeks ago at this course which is in Nelson Park. I bought 2 sets of starter discs (aka frisbees) and took my 12 year old nephew. The park district has a link on their web site which includes the course layout, which was very helpful the first time we played, and also score sheets you can print off. What a wonderful exercise and lots of laughs. My only suggestions would be to place some garbage cans throughout the course because lazy people throw their trash on the ground. Also, a portapottie on the North side of the park would be nice. Way to go park district for this new, FREE, sporting activity!
