An excellent dive bar, in the best way. Friendly staff. Great bar food (serving outstanding gumbo on Fridays). Reasonable prices.

I used to go to Stagger when I was in college about 30 years ago and recently went again. I don't think it has changed a bit. The particular night we were there had a guy singing and playing guitar. He was just ok and nothing to make us want to hang around for long. We did not have food.

Always a good place to meet with friends. Nothing special, but one of the last locally owned bars with food in Edwardsville. Hooked up with old classmates and friends that had missed on last visit. The place has been here in one form or another for 40 yrs at least. Good central location.

Hidden lunch gem in Edwardsville area. Great beer selections, old time feel, incredible music options Wed. - Sunday. Located downtown Edwardsville.

Stagger Inn has been around for ever. A great place for the "professionals" to have lunch and an equally great place for the college students at night. You will find excellent bar food and live music.

Met friends for food, drinks & live music. Fish was the only good item on the plate. They didn't have Bud Lite draft or cans, no waitresses and the bartender needs an attitude adjustment. The entainer was OK but just not my kind of music.

Live music, good food, generous drinks in a long established road house atmosphere. Local, regional and national acts. Happy hour Fri and Sat 5-8 PM, Late show Fri and Sat 10 PM- 1 AM. Open mike Wed. and Sun. Check FB for times.

bar excellent and the hamburger and gumbo on Friday as good as it gets
interesting little place with pleasant, unusual environment
All sandwiches very good with home made fries and onion rings. All the various daily soups are very good

Quite possibly one of the best burgers in town. There are simply times when only a Stagger Burger and their house made fries will do. DId I mention the reuben? Straight out fabulous. Don't miss their specials, either. Stagger is quite possibly one of the most under-rated places to eat in Edwardsville.
