Beware the A-List program, after using it twice I was then denied a ticket because I used it too many times "out of state." I have never used it anywhere but at this theater, which they could see on the records, but still refused to honor it or my wife's, who was also denied. Management (if you can call it that) was useless and had no idea how to fix the issue... really didn't even try. They did attempt to get me to buy a ticket, which I didn't. This theater sucks anyway but is the closest to me. Dirty, lousy seating in most of the theaters, not enough people working there so it takes forever to get anything at the concession stand. Used to be a great place, but that was 10 years ago or more.

Took my daughter to see Frozen 2 with a friend. The attendant said they didn’t offer student pricing, if you see the attached photo it was taken right off their web site. She acted as if I didn’t understand and I ask do you have children pricing she said no and I showed her the display next to the register yes it shows it. This was not a big deal but she was telling me they didn’t offer either. I ask for a manager and she must have just started as well as she had zero customer service ability. In any case thank God we have never ran into this poor quality of attendants in prior visits. This prompting me to write a Trip Adviser review.

Went to see Downton Abbey in the afternoon. Waited way too long in concession line. Even as a Premiere Member the wait was too long as only two employees were trying their best (working as fast as they could). Despise the " choose your own adventure" Coke machines. Had to try 3 of them to get ice and all were out of Pibb. Hate these machines. Dirty all around them and long wait to get beverage. Sad. Why not have a soda fountain like at Marcus? Will start heading to O'Fallon from now on.

Took a afternoon to take in a movie, Theater carries all the most Current titles, and has more than enough parking, it’s also centrally located and very convenient.

A very compelling movie about Ruth Baiter Ginsburg. This biopic of Judge Ginsburgs life showed the passion she brings to justice for all. Held our attention throughout the 2 hours.
This movie showed how hard she worked to get where she is and her commitment to the cause was developed over time.
A must see.
Now for the theater. It was a little annoying to hear sounds coming from the theaters next to ours, especially during the quiet intimate parts, because of the sound volume was so loud. They must think everyone is hard of hearing especially during the previews. You could feel the bass sounds.
We do like going here because they have the movies we want to see. Just turn the volume down a little.

Nice Theater, we were in the Dolby Theater #9, very comfortable seating .
Seats were very comfortable, nice space between aisles
Loved the sound in this theater
Our only complaint was the expensive, beverages and snacks, but it seems that all theaters are the same with this pricing
Overall, a well enjoyed experience

Almost Every time I have went it has been very enjoyable, for exception when you get those pl behind you that just don’t shut up

This is a very nice theater. Clean and offers many food and drink options. Multi screens and 3D available too.
