I gave a private birthday here for my 4 yr old. The museum was very clean and the children enjoyed themselves very much. Although small, there's 2 floors of things to do, a nice sized party room with fridge and microwave and the staff was extremely nice. The children didn't want to leave. I definitely recommend this place for 9 and under.

This is my first returning here in quite a few years, since my older child is now 13. But it looks just as nice inside. This museum is geared more towards toddler aged kids. My 4 year old had a blast. It is smaller than most other museums, but the price reflects that. I loved that while we were there, staff was going around and cleaning off toys and tidying up. May even look into buying a year pass that includes admission to other children's museum's nearby.

Took my 2 year old grandson here and he had so much fun. He didn't want to leave...I'm sure they see that a lot there. Lots to do for the little ones and a nice variety of interest. The yearly membership is reasonably priced so if you live in the area, it's a bargain!

I love taking my little one here. There is so much for the kids to do! This place keeps him busy for hours!

This is a great place to go with children for those terrible months where you’re stuck inside in Chicago. It is small but the kids love it. That could be a plus as it’s not so overwhelming for younger children.

As grandparents from Orland we thought it would be so much fun to bring our grandson a year and a half to the museum. Checked on the website and they were supposed to be open. But they were closed when we got there. Another group was there too. Website needs tp be updated because people check! My advice call first.

It’s a pretty small museum but my daughter loved it. The exhibits are just ok. I’ve seen better before at other museums. The employees are not very friendly. They could be much better. Put more into improving the museum. It has potential.

This is a lot of fun for younger children. Just took our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren. There is a wide variety of interesting stations for learning and playing. My favorite is the dark room where they can write on the walls with light pens, dance, and project their shadows on the wall. The upbeat song tells them what to do.

Visited on a week day. Not too crowded. My granddaughter is a preschooler and she loved it! Probably best for those under 7. Lots of areas for imaginative play. She loved fishing in the boat and shopping and using the cash register the best! Would definitely take her back!

We went on a preschool field trip for my son's class. Very nice, clean place. More suitable for younger kids. Beautiful park and play ground right outside.

I didn't pay as my daughter in law had a family pass and an additional pass for me. I do know you can pay each time you go or you can buy a yearly pass. I think she paid $100 for the yearly pass which included parents and 2 children.
