Really well organised and great alternative to the usual escape rooms. Would highly recommend a visit not sure nlt fun but I also educational

I’ve been to 3 history mystery escape games and I’ve loved every one. The whole experience really immerses you in the historical story of the site/location and you really do feel like you’re taking part in the story. The attention to detail is amazing.
Our Gamesmaster Lisa was lovely today, super friendly and helpful and we’re excited to visit more games!

Experience was amazing! The location was so fun and different! Doing an escape room in a church was daunting to begin with but our guide Ellie was so reassuring and informative it put us at ease. It was really so much fun and a little hard but there are things you can do for more clues and we did it eventually!! Really can’t recommend it enough!

Just did the escape game at the Aylsham Church with Ro as our game master and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ro was very helpful but never pushy and made the game enjoyable and fun, made both of us feel comfortable as soon as we got there and obviously knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. We managed to escape with just over 5 minutes left and it felt like the game filled the time very well, good mixture of easier and harder clues and beautiful location which made it feel very authentic. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Great fun! Ellie was a great gamemaster; she made us feel welcome and gave just enough hints to allow us to work out the puzzles on our own.
The church has enough space to require you to get moving but not so much that you're spending all the time searching for clues.
Great range of puzzle types too that required different skills, so everyone was able to contribute to the game.
We escaped with over 15 minutes to spare but still felt like it was a very worthwhile experience, glad we could help Anne Boleyn on her way!

Brilliant game this afternoon hosted by Ro, managed to escape the room(just) with a push in the right direction. Ro was enthusiastic, charismatic and entertaining.

Thoroughly enjoyed The Queenmaker! We’ve done Escape Rooms before, but this was the first in such an amazing setting. So well constructed with multiple interesting & different puzzles. Our Gamesmaster Ellie was great - really encouraging & with the occasional nudge to keep us on track. 10/10 will be recommending to friends & family!

I didn’t know the answer to this question so went on their website and it says “Our historic venues and rooms may have uneven floors and steps to access our games rooms, so unfortunately are not accessible to wheelchair users unless clearly stated.”
I think it would be advisable to ring the organisers as each venue is different.
