We’ve played this course many times because it’s close by. It’s a challenging course - narrow fairways but generally in good condition, at least through mid summer.
The down side is they do not have rangers out monitoring speed of play. I’m sorry, but waiting on every hole for a tally of over 5 hours playing time is a bit ridiculous. Move the slower groups along. Too many groups goofing off when they should be hitting.

Enjoyed your outing on 5/22. Here are a couple of things to improve next year. 1. Add salt, pepper and butter to the meal. 2. Clearly hold up prize before drawing winning ticket.

***PROS (because it's a shorter list):
- affordable
- barbara is great - the only one I had a positive experience with. She was attentive and involved throughout the night.
- built in uplighting
- Christine helped with ceremony flow
***CONS:
- Christine was rude, unorganized, not helpful, pushy, unprofessional
- Tasting was rough - linen stained with red wine; we were never asked what we wanted to try rather just given three options Christine chose
- Rehearsal was fine except Christine was pushing us out the door.
- Christine raved about the bridge for pictures and encouraged us to use the golf course for a setting. Day of she was rude and told us we couldn't go to the bridge because we needed a golf cart.
- Christine said we could bring beer/wine in for pictures. She put it behind the bar and yelled at us if we went to help ourselves.
- Provided (6) glasses for a party of (10) for private champagne toast. Got angry when we asked for more glasses
- changed the presentation of place cards; also out of alpha order. I was never notified.
- charged for coat check. We had to ask 3+ times to charge to the final bill and not to our guess.
- presentation of soup was poor - the cup was covered in dried soup
- servers rarely go to your table to check on you
- servers rude to guests & myself (the bride)
- SERVERS DRANK FROM OUR WEDDING BAR INSIDE THE BALLROOM WITH OUR GUESTS PRESENT
- server broke a glass and didn't properly clean it up - we had a lot of kids and people without shoes on
- VENUE NEVER PUT OUR CAKE IN COOLER - IT SAT OUT FOR 10+ HOURS. We are lucky no one got sick. This also caused out CAKE TO COLLAPSE. Venue tried to fix themselves versus calling the bakery. The Venue REFUSED to provide compensation to the bakery or myself.
- staff stole from bathroom baskets - legit cleaned them out
- Christine said she collected all our belongings the day after for me - we were missing alot and i had to go back a second time - DO NOT TAKE HER WORD FOR ANYTHING.
- We were OVERCHARGED per plated - i contracted a price which Christine broke. Ignored me when i brought it up.
BEWARE THIS AWFUL VENUE. DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE!!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
Tried to contact the owner who is also unresponsive. Wish i read the reviews prior to booking!

Me and my mom swung by this golf course not to long ago, and we had any amazing time. Beautiful course and polite staff! Very close to main intersections and easy to find, yet still tucked away, and quaint. A real hidden gem of golf courses!
