I scheduled an hour long massage and it lasted 30 minutes with Jessica! I walked out with more ache and pains. Additionally, the staff appears very unhappy. Honestly, an Asian foot spa is hands down better than this place!

I love massages and must admit i am somewhat of a massage junkie! I run and workout and often have tired sore muscles. For sake of cost i usually go to the Asian Foot massage near my house in Vernon hills where i get a very inexpensive ($29/hr) massage. Wanting to splurge i booked a facial and a massage. The facial was lovely but I didn’t like the upsell during the facial for ad ons. The massage was no better than what i get at the Foot Place! I filled out an electronic form stating i did not want feet, scalp or face as those are areas of concentration at the inexpensive massage i usually get! I wanted a great back, shoulder leg massage from working out hard this week! When a masseuse uses their forearm for the majority of the massage that’s not a good feeling. Several times her forearm bone would hit a bone in my back causing pain. I am disappointed with massage envy my. Prospect. 😔

I have a fabulous and relaxing time each and every month. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The massage therapist takes very good care of me.

Sometimes the massages are ok, sometimes they are good. It all depends who the massage therapist is. I think David, who works on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, provides the best massage for my aches and pains. We bought the membership, so I feel the price is a good value. I get a monthly massage.
