This is a great place to enjoy a couples night or family. Minor League baseball at it'f finest. The staff will help with birthday parties or just season tickets. Ask for Jason as GM

One of my favorite things to do in Peoria. Thursday are so much fun, and highly recommend to anyone.I love that you can walk around the whole ballpark.

As we only spent one night, our purpose was to attend a game at Dozier park.
Our experience at game was great. It being a Tuesday night, only about 1600 people there.
We were fortunate enough to get tickets directly behind the Chief’s dugout.
This was our 30th ball park in 5 years.
Our usher Bob was the friendliest usher that we have ever met. We were really impressed by how many players would toss some balls up to kids. At most park, it’s like they are told not to but that was not the case here.
The concession stands were above average with prices being reasonable and selection being good.
The gift shop was well stocked including some MLB stuff.
We enjoyed the game and the crowd around our area was enthusiastic.
Sadly we did not visit any other places while in Peoria.

I was visiting Peoria and figured I might as well take in a game. The stadium is average, the crowd energy is not really there, and there isn't much in terms of exciting food options. That said, the tickets aren't horrible and baseball is baseball.

They had the games and giveaways but the excitement I have seen at other ballparks. For instance they used to give a few t-shirts to all sections but seemed to concentrate on the section behind home plate when I was there. Maybe part of the problem is this is a last place team.

Boring cookie cutter low A league ballpark except this one believes it's special.

Being the home for Peoria Chiefs baseball team, Dozer Park opened to public in 2002. For baseball fans it is a very nice, modern baseball stadium, with all kinds of seating options and necessary facilities. The info on everything is excellently displayed both on info boards outside the stadium, and around the seating areas. The construction of this new baseball stadium is closely connected with Caterpillar Inc. funds and naming rights, hence the name Dozer Park (short for 'Bulldozer').
The seating capacity of the park is about 7500, it has 20 luxury suites, plus special seating areas for children. The stadium is equipped with five concession stands plus there are several mobile food carts.
Last time I was at the Chiefs game at Dozer Park was at the end of Summer 2019, with some of my friends who are baseball fans and Chiefs supporters. This time, I visited the closed stadium less than a week ago, on June 06, 2020. It was not open. Hopefully, this changes soon.

we have enjoyed a coupld of Chiefs games since moving here and this place is great. The parking is easy and the food is not outrageous. Its a great way to spend an afternoon with friends and family.

Dozer Park, home of the Peoria Chiefs, is a must see when visiting Central Illinois. A great family entertainment place to watch professional baseball from a big league style park without the MLB prices. Free parking too. Check out the mascot - Homer. Kids of all ages love him. Make sure to pick a night when fireworks are INCLUDED in the ticket price. Definitely a great show too. I’ll have a hot dog, bag of peanuts and a cold beer, thank you.

Bring blankets. If you are a dog lover try Sunday for bark in the park. It's pretty cool. Love this park and the hometown atmosphere.

There is plenty of free parking on the street within a few blocks of the stadium. Try a block or so east for the most places.
