This was their Dulwich Hill store not Earlwood. I asked for a soft massage and was punched to the point of excruciating pain and still feel bruised and sore. There was only one person in the shop, therefore there was someone knocking at the door, Massage stopped. The phone kept ringing incessantly by the same caller, I know this because the message machine kept announcing the number loudly, must have been 10 times in succession until she stopped the Massage again and answered it. After doing some research on their Facebook page I see they are trying to recruit backpackers which they will ‘teach massage’. Be very wary of this chain of stores. You are clearly not getting a fully trained massage therapist. Waste of my $69.

I got a problem Back and waist pain I been here about 2 months every second week . Staff here very nice friendly all ways do overtime if they are not busy because they try to fixed my back. Now I feeling a lot better and I will keep going this place only.Thankful for helping my back pain .

My wife and I wanted a head and neck massage, instead we ended up being stood on and my wife is still sore and bruised days later. Even when she asked not to be stood on, the lady kept going. They went to the toilet during the massage and then finished early. For some reason the one that massaged my wife used a rough towel to massage her instead of touching her. She was very rude and kept laughing and speaking in another language. A total waste of our money, we felt much worse after. Just a side note: they don't even ask if you have allergies, injuries, are pregnant, etc. Beware!

I went to the Dulwich Hill clinic for a promo Thai Deep Massage (Thai massage & deep tissue) however I didn’t get either of these things which was very disappointing as I was very much looking forward, had high expectations as I’ve never seen anywhere that does both types of massage in one and today I am very sore from tense muscles. The lady was very lovely and was flexible with time and gave me a little more as I was running late for my appointment. This was the only reason I didn’t complain there. She was good but had to be directed. She also used oil without asking me and I’m not fan of oil. Anyway, it was a shame.

I’ve been to this place with my partner and we had a 2 hour long oil massage. Very professional massouses. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for authentic Thai massage.
