We had a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl on a rainy Monday morning. What a great place to drop in and have some quality playtime. They loved the ambulance, the fire boat, and the climbing areas. However best of all were the little fire cars they could drive or push while wearing replicated coats which look like the real deal. It wasn't crowded, so they had ample room and time to explore all there was to offer.

The FireZone was one of the best field trips for our school. The staff was amazing and so kind. They went above and beyond making sure all 65 students were having the best time. The FireZone staff made sure the adults/teachers were taken care of as well. We plan on making this a yearly adventure.

I read some reviews and was a little hesitant about booking this after buying my groupon. They did an incredible job, so organized and the manager Kay is really awesome. She prides herself in what she does and that shows. Good experience!

They give you 90 minutes for a birthday party and charge about $500 that is not a fair amount to charge for such little time. Also, the staff was rude to the adults. We will not be going here again. Please give more time for birthday parties.

This review is based on facts. Their stupid website had availability for birthday parties on a Friday evening - So we bought a groupon coupon for their facility, called them first thing next morning, and lady on phone says - we may not have enough people on Friday. We ask today is Tuesday - you don't have enough people on Friday? And its a Friday - not a Monday or Tuesday - you don't get people. I ask them " Your website says still available for party - If I had paid full price and booked on your website - you will obviously honor it right?" So problem you have is we have groupon discount?
Somewhere in the conversation she let slip, Friday we are only available at 4 pm on our website, so I said that's fine for me, I'll make it work. Then she goes, oh we cant do it, we don't have people! I am like - you just said we have availability at 4 pm?
Sick greedy Pigs! i HAVE NEVER BEEN TO YOUR FACILITY & Certainly wont in future. Good luck screwing yourself.

We are sorry that your party booking did not work out. Almost every party is on the weekend, so when trying to book a your childs party at the last minute on a weekday, there can be challenges in staffing after hours events. Since most of our staff are firefighters, we could not close the firehouse to staff your birthday party. Every party is important to us, especially groupons, as many families utilize that deal to be able to host the best party around. We are proud to be Chicago’s best party place and sincerely wish we could have better accomodated your last minute requests to host your event.

We’ve been to Fire Zone a few times recently for kids birthday parties. They recently remodeled and added a new climbing/play area.
FireZone is a fun place for the kids and it has an educational benefit to teach kids a little about fire safety and what fire fighters do. I like the fact that most of the employees we met were firefighters, so they have real experience but they are all really friendly and good with the kids.
They organize the parties so that they get open play time, then a fire fighter leads the group through each area teaching them about fire safety while playing at the attraction and ending up in the party room for food and cake.
I recommend taking younger children to play or plan a party here.

We took three of our grand kids here for Christmas break. Bought a Groupon on line. That made the price reasonable. There are a lot of activities for the kids to do. Fire truck,ambulance and a lot of climbing apparatus for them. We spent the whole time while the session lasted.

It is a really nice place, but for kids 4 and older. The play time is too short and the kids usually want to play more. I had my son's party there and he was turning 3 and his friends were also around that age. All they wanted to do is play, so the Fireman activity did not go so well.

Our School trip was a lot of fun for our children.
There was a lot of interaction with the Fire men & a lot of info for the children to learn about safety
when there is a fire. The group of people working @ FireZone were very nice.
