A pleasant - if rather featureless - park in a quiet and well-to-do suburb in Melbourne east this parkland abuts some playing fields (there are public toilets here but they aren't always open) and it's quite a level area meaning it's great for the less mobile amongst us. Some of the trails are sealed and others are just bush tracks.
Parking is OK - not many options but it's not a busy place unless there is a match on at the nearby fields.

A great place to take the children; wander around on bike or with a pram. We often drive past but during lockdown discovered this little area. A great initiative to replant lost woodland

A great woodland walk made up of over 20000 native trees and plants that was established in 2000. One of the reasons why keysborough is such an underrated suburb is places like Tatterson Park and all its points of interest. Maurie Jarvis Woodlands is one such point of interest that is well worth a look if you are visiting area. named after tireless local councillor and 3 time mayor Maurie Jarvis. The woodland has numerous entry points. My favourite is via the playground and wetlands on Lake View Blvd or via the heart of Tatterson Park past the Ant Playground
