Not worth it !! took family that came in from out of the country. Paid $45 per person. I was so surprised they charged me a full ticket price for a 15 month. 3 days before my visit I called 12 times no answer left 5 messages no call back and emailed twice no answer either. My left side shoulder arm has nerve damage due to COVID and I wanted to ask them if I could bring in a small 10x10 caddy with wheels never got an answer. We arrived at the time they open at 10am very long lines! super over packed! no where to seat! . they should really take at look at this issue especially for those with disabilities and little ones. No Lazy River short staff I was really upset because I had been talking to my family about the Lazy River and it wasn't even open I understand that everybody is shorted handed but then you need to lower your ticket prices. I feel embarrassed with my family and I also feel that I got robbed! In total I paid $600 for 5 adults 3 children 10/11yrs, 1- 15 month, 2- 5yr old. Don't forget $20 for parking !!!!!!

El parque sobresaturado!
Hice una hora y media de fila para entrar, ya que abrieron tarde por una tormenta.
Al entrar ya todo estaba saturado, hice una fila de 2 hrs pars un tobogán y 1 hora para comida. Todo tiene costo adicional, un salvavidas que en muchos lugares es de cortesía para uso de toboganes aqui tiene un costo de 5 dólares (la renta) y para el momento que había llegado ya no habia, debut y despedida

Highway Robbery!

I paid $44 a piece plus the mysterious Raging Waves ‘convenience fee’ for six tickets on Saturday, July 16. We arrived at 10 when the park opened and at noon seven slides were still closed due to staffing shortages. Don’t think this kept raging waves from selling tickets though! The crowds just kept pouring in and
the wait times for the few open slides were absolutely miserable. We left at 1p. Total waste of money. I can deal with the dirty restrooms and overpriced food, but this was false advertisement. Didn’t get the experience we paid for. Services purchased were not rendered, plain and simple. NEVER again!

Clean Family Fun

We loved it here. I took my 6yo and it was perfect for him. There were spots to take it easy (little kid areas) and spots to be brave too. It was really clean and the young staff were all very kind. I am a stickler for lifeguard attention and felt like the ones here were on point. Easy access to shady seats and plenty of family bathrooms were appreciated. My only suggestions would be for sprayers on the walkways which were very hot and for all snack stands to open at 11:00. (Lunch spot opened at 12:00 and lots of snack stands not until 2:00.) The signs for opening times were very clear though.

Fat people can't go on the slide

VERBALLY tell people "We don't allow fat people to go on the slide" I stood in a very long line, IN THE HEAT to go on the water slide.
They have a scale they weigh everybody on. Once you step on the scale they tell you in a nice way, you're to fat to go on and you have to step out of line. Basically to let someone thinner move in your place. It's a very embarrassing, scarring thing I don't want to happen to you.

Never again

The people who work here scream at you. Won’t fill water bottles. Everything in a clear bag. We brought a completely sweet through mesh bag and they wouldn’t accept it. Very overcrowded. Lines 1-3 hour waits. No lazy River. No food allowed. No goggles allowed. No popcorn buckets available. No candied nuts in stock. Can’t enter if you leave after 3 PM. Park is only open from 11-5. Should I go on?

Oh, 2-3 food options, 30-60 minute wait to get food.

How is this place even getting people to come in? We have a much better time at our local city pool.

Bait & Switch, Don’t Waste Your Money. They advertise features of the extra-cost Cabanas and then don’t have them. Pictures show a small refrigerator, but nope! They offer ice, and say they’ll bring more, but nope! They have the worst possible phone app for ordering food. Food pictures on the app show lettuce and tomatoes, but nope! Don’t try to customize a hotdog or burger, can’t do it. Ketchup and mustard in the cabana, but BBQ sauce, Mayo, salt, pepper, etc., you have to trek to the concession stand to get it. We are here at the water park right now, and it’s so bad we decided to leave a review while we are unfortunately experiencing it. And don’t try to call anyone for any reason, they are set up so that they don’t ever answer a phone. A failed first impression.

Outrageously Priced

I have not been to Raging Waves in about 10 years. I was sadly disappointed to find out you now have to pay $10 for parking on top of $40.00 per ticket for admission. Upon entry we find out only clear bags are allowed inside the park. Funny how no signs are posted outside to alert people of this. Also we were told we could not bring in our see through net bag…figure that one out.
After finally getting into the park, one of the locker rental machines wasn’t working yet no employee was around to fix it or put an out of order sign on it.
Lines for slides are long which is to be expected on a hot Saturday but the lines for food were insane. We waited 40 minutes, I repeat 40 minutes in line to buy food. I’m not sure how the food operation is not more organized and efficient.
Lastly, for a $40 per person admission price I was honestly angry using the restrooms. There was no toilet paper in the stalls, soggy toilet paper all over the floor and it was just overall disgusting. I understand it is a water park but the prices being charged there should be a bathroom attendant tidying and refilling toilet paper all day long.

Long story short- I won’t be back.

Fun With a Group!

I love visiting Raging Waves with friends and family. I have already visited twice this year with my season pass which allows me to quickly show my ID and get in and have free parking. Many of the rides are very enjoyable and thrilling and much of the staff is well-trained. I would highly suggest getting a big locker because if it is busy all of the small lockers will be sold out. My only complaints would be that only one or two of the food stands are open which makes for a long wait, and many guests cut in line all the way to the top of the slides and there is nothing done about it.
