There is alot of apple related items here, from apples themselves to apple cider to jellies and preserves. We bought some apple butter along with some Christmas jam and popcorn butter, which I've never seen anywhere. Easy access from Bedford and Mitchell, right along IN 37. Worth a stop.

5-13-21 I bought a pint of apple butter at apple acres today. I can’t even eat it because of its bitter taste. I paid almost $6 for it & that was a waste. I am so disappointed because I was looking forward to eating it on toast for breakfast.

A great place to shop for fruit jams and jellies. The apple butter is really really good the best I have had in a long time. I also like the blackberry spread which is a so good on a hot biscuit. They have a great selection of everything fruit and some vegetables. Their “Hot chunky dill mix” is very good.

Apple acres has the best garden seed, flowers and plants for your garden. They also have fantastic apples when on season and a large variety of items.

Love Appleacres! Great staff and product- flowers, variety of produce at good price, and granddaughter loves the popcorn and Carmel apples just like the kids did years ago.

We are lucky enough to live just miles away from this homegrown wonder!! I truly don't know how any peaches could be better than the Freestones at Applacres!! While we frequent Applacres for apples, cider, jams, fresh ground nut butter, and more...we honestly can't wait for peach season!!! We have shared with many, and all agree!! So juicy and sweet, you really have to slice them to eat!!! You won't be disappointed!!

Apple acres has apples and so much more! Apple cider can be purchased by the gallon or half gallon, or as a frozen treat. In season, you can pick your own apples. Free samples of cider and popcorn are always on hand. Local persimmon pulp is available

We decided to stop in after a visit to Blue Springs Caverns, and glad we did! Picked up some amazing produce...cucumbers, peppers, green beans, corn on the cob, and cantaloupe (just like grandpa used to grow...so sweet!) Loved that they offer popcorn and cider as you enter. Nice touch. We also bought caramel apples, sesame sticks, a variety of homemade breads (cinnamon bread great for toasting), and the cinnamon rolls were so soft and delicious warmed up! Took home some pumpkin butter, strawberry-rhubarb preserves, and blackberry butter...all very good, can’t pick a favorite. One unexpected find was their pickle barrel! We bought one to share/sample, and ended up buying 6 more. Wish they were closer so we could get more!! Will definitely stop back in when in area.

Free samples of fresh apple cider & popcorn await shoppers. After you check out the variety of candy, cookies, Amish breads, fruit, veggies, jellies and jams head to the back for apple cider slushies. Seasonally plants are also in their greenhouse. The parking lot is large enough for those traveling with a camper. It's also a great place to get a food gift basket.
