“这是我在布卢明顿最喜欢的地方之一”
去农夫市场赶集是每周一次的盛事（夏季的时候会有两次）。在这里总是会有音乐和意想不到的有趣事情，让人觉得很有乐趣，而且这里还没有难闻的气味。这里的食物很棒，大多数都是天然有机的蔬菜，或者是自由散养的家禽类产物。很多人在这里出售漂亮的盆栽植物和鲜花，手工做的美食、芝士，亦或是当地生产的物品。在这里每月会举行一次艺术博览会。农夫市场是个很棒的集会场所，我保证你一定可以在这里结识到志同道合的新朋友。
“中西部最好的农田市场”

My favorite thing about the Farmers Market is the variety of live performances at each market and the many special activities that adjoin the market. The restaurant area is also wonderful. Of course the produce being sold by local farmers is excellent

A Bloomington staple.

This is a great way to spend your Saturday morning, whether you are a local or a visitor. Lots of fresh produce, veggies, honey, meat products and more. Usually always something unique going on at City Hall at same time (wellness fairs, chili cook-offs, craft fairs, etc.). Tons of options for breakfast - coffee, pastries, fresh bread. Great place for all ages.

Large market with a dash of activism

We recently went to the Bloomington Community Farmers Market to check out the local produce. There are lots of fresh produce options. There is also a prepared foods section of the market with tables for dining. Bloomington locals are probably well aware of the current tension at the market. For out of towners, it was curious to see barricades a block away from the market and an active protest being staged within the market. This experience added a whole other level to our market visit: discomfort with being unaware of the current unfolding situation in Bloomington and an opportunity for discussion with our teenagers.

Fabulous way to spend a Saturday morning!

The Bloomington community farmers market is a true gem in this quaint town. It’s a large market with a variety of plants, foods, and goods. I found the prices to be on par with other farmers markets in the area. The vibe is great, it’s super laid back and there are entertainers along the way. It’s a great way to spend a Saturday morning!

Best thing to do on a Saturday morning !

We are shopping at Bloomington farmers market for years now. To see the local farmers, amazingly fresh produce & flowers, our friends & community who are big supporters of buying local and mainly organic food is wonderful. My favorite items are watermelons of the Columbus, Indiana based Simmons winery’s farm, fresh eggs, specially arugula and various vegetables & herbs, bicolor corn ( hint: where you see the longest lines in front of their stand ). Also, there you will hear local musicians, see performers, local art crafts, get fresh bakeries & coffee... Don’t miss it and try to go early in the morning to get your best selections.

Great way to support local farmers (fruit and veg) and producers (honey, baked goods, and maple syrup) and it is a real community affair. Great variety and quality of produce. Prices can be a bit high compared to traditional grocery, but very little waste.

CRAZYYY HIGH PRICES!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Quaint and overpriced. Our family farms and by wide and far these prices are EXTREMELY high for small items. I don't doubt the quality but there is no way to affordably grocery shop and walk away with your fresh food for the day with this market. Not unless you want to break a $50 - $100 bill in the process

Great for Low Waste Living

Bloomington farmers market offers a lot of variety for low waste living. It also is a great way to support small and local businesses. I always have a lot of fun going there!

Not Worth the Price.

I am one who loves a farmers market. I was excited to check it out- when I got there I was a little taken off guard of how high some of the prices were. The prices also seemed to be the same throughout for the same items, like other farmers are paying attention to the prices of one another. I actually ended up spending more for vegetables for a week than I would at a normal grocery store.

We've been shopping @our local farmer's market for 25+ years. There's a good selection of organic produce & while we enjoy having access to fresh produce the prices have continued to rise to a level that's making it harder for single moms & small families to afford the produce. I paid 2x the local food coop store price for a zucchini squash & because we're 32yr members of the coop I think we'll be shopping there more on Saturdays for any produce we don't grow ourselves. $2 for a medium tomato is too much.
