For my money I’d go to laser tag instead. This was ok but I think the grandkids got bored quickly once they’d done each one.

We love Jump N Joeys. My kids are 8,7 and 4 and all three love it. There are a variety of bounce houses and arcade games. We go at least twice a month. The owner and all of the workers are helpful and friendly. We have had mulitple birthday parties there and have a great experience every time. I spend about $25 getting my kids in and about $20 on tokens. Yes, the prizes are expensive but not as much as other places. My kids never get tired of it and get exercise while having fun.

The owner does not care if something happens to your kid one bit.
My son got bitten in his establishment, he refuse to look at the cameras because it was too much work, stated that he COULD get the video but it would require a lot of work to do so and it wasn't worth it for him.
He also stated that there is no cameras by the bouncy houses so keep that in mind when you go there, and told my son's mom that "at least she tried" after refusing to provide video.
If something happens to your kid the owner does not care, and there is not even cameras by the place where the kids are at.
My son will not go there again and I will advice my son's school that they should stop doing trips because clearly this establishment has no interest in the welfare or safety of it's customers.

On the good side, Jump-n-Joeys has three really nice inflatables. The Jungle is one of the best I've ever seen and my son liked the Superman one (see pictures). There is also an inflatable reserved for toddlers as well as an indoor play structure like you'd find in a McDonald's. Those were the good parts.
On the negative side, there was no supervision from employees, and I was amazed at the lack of electrical safety. When we were there, there were youth climbing on top of the outside of the inflatables. One child was literally on top of the alligator head, whereas others had climbed the cobra head and pulled it down into the rest of the inflatable. There were three staff members, but they were focused on the entrance and ticket turn in counter, and no one was paying any attention to the inflatables.
In terms of electric, look at the pictures I posted. The electric for all the games was dropped down from the ceiling and we not well-secured, leaving it hanging out in places where kids could play with it. I observed one staff member walk past the electric outlet that had come loose from between the two games and pick up a small piece of paper off the ground to throw away, but ignored the electric box.
It's also worth noting that the game are pretty expensive and the prizes quite cheap. I know that's standard for a place like this, but some of the games cost $1 a piece and they don't give many tickets.
Overall, my 5-year old son had a good time and really liked the place, but I would certainly be wary about the safety.

Was a horrible party, the staff and the owner of the place were not helpful, they didn't want to give us the cup cakes or bread sticks we paid for that was supposed to come with the package so we had to pay twice for them. Half of the machines were broke, then the owner of the place had the audacity to call my wife a liar when she had the receipt in her pocket from where she paid. I would highly recommend you have a birthday party in a back yard dumpster before you go there, I'm sure you would have more fun and have better service then that place.

Visiting Bloomington and took my two sons (ages 1.5 and 4) and niece (age 2.5). My 4 year-old LOVED all the slides and activities. The younger ones were not quite as thrilled, even though there was a great toddler-sized bouncer for them. They just weren't ready to have a "moving environment". They would do better to have a contained area that has some Tiny Tikes play sets and foam structures to climb instead.
The facility was very clean and we went on a non-crowded day. We ate before arriving, so I never tried the food.
The games were limited but the kids had fun. We purchased the special (100 tokens for $20) and shared between them. Like other reviewers, if your child's goal is to win tickets for prizes, I would buy fewer tokens and go to a dollar store afterwards. But if they enjoy the games, it can be fun.
All in all, a great place for the over-4 set. I wouldn't recommend for younger unless they are very adventurous and not intimidated by older children jumping around them.

What a disappointment. The place wasn't very clean, games were so jammed together it made it very difficult to keep an eye on children. The pizza quite literally smelled like sweat.....EW! Manager was extremely rude when asked questions and was mildly threatening. We brought some presents with us for one of the young party goers and were told we had 5 minutes to get our presents out of the establishment! What? Very unnecessary to treat paying customers and especially small children this way. This was an extremely sad experience for the little ones. There are other places that are much more kid and family friendly, with a better atmosphere and better food. If I could have given this place a zero score I would have.

We were told that we could have my 4 year old nieces party here. we payed to have a party package and we were very excited to see her have a special day of fun. So day of her birthday we arrive we get everything ready only to be told a party package does not buy us the right to have a birthday party. We were told we could not have outside cake. We were fine with this. What we were not told is that we could not have presents. We were given 5 minutes to remove the presents from the building. Never again!
