This looked like an interesting place. Unfortunately, we visited on a Monday and most businesses were closed. Parking was a challenge.

There is a lot of construction going on here now and the free public parking lot on Main Street is under construction and fenced off. Finding parking this trip was an issue. The antique store moved away from downtown so that’s a negative for us. We were told at the antique store that the parking problem was a concern for the downtown businesses and rightfully so. Noblesville and Zionsville are more attractive options now.

Perhaps interesting to visit .....once. But generally awkward experiences created by people with a 'you WILL be impressed' attitude. (Folks- this AIN'T a 'Midwest Sedona' no matter how hard you push). The area bars and restaurants are pleasant enough but nothing special. Generally overpriced for Midwest with service that can be spotty & slow. Parking for a suburban area is tight, and on-street parking is best avoided.

This is a short walk for anyone with ample parking behind buildings, but on street is aweful. Sometimes your morals may be tested by some things you see, but overall it's a pleasant experience. Bring some cash to spend.

The work of real artists, not the typical array of candles and napkins found in many small gift stores . Some exceptional jewelry and wall hangings. A great place to go if you are looking for pieces to decorate your new apartment or home.

Walk through the area, see a great variety of shops, restaurants / bars and upscale stores. Also a design center right on Range Line. Plenty to do and see here in the heart of Carmel.

There are many fine places to wander through and shop in the area. It is a very quaint area and one we have returned to a couple times. Several restaurants in the area are unique and very good.

Always like walking through this area when in town. Some excellent places to eat, have coffee, or a craft beer. On the Moon Trail so you can bike there if you access to the trail.

I visited Carmel with a couple of friends recently, and was amazed at the beautifully artsy vibe of the main district. Worth the visit, especially if one is in the area.
