This was our 3rd and 4th time in an escape room. Our game Master was Tessa. We had SO much fun in the kidnapped room the we booked a Hostage room for a few hours later that day. Tessa is such a fun Game Master and we were absolutely thrilled to have her. We wouldn't have booked another game just hours later had it not been for Tessa. The kidnapped room was amazing, super fun and creepy, a lot of critical thinking but in a fun way. Hostage was fun as well but it was toughhhh. There was a lot of critical thinking there too.

We did the Mystery Mansion room which was a pretty hard room. We had fun but just missed solving it because the chess board wasn't set up correctly and the puzzle couldn't be solved. The game master came in and said "Oh, those pieces weren't supposed to be there. I didn't set this room up. You guys were so close!" We were like "Are you KIDDING?!" Very disappointed.

We did the Casino breakout room. We needed a little nudge to help us get started and a handful of clues along the way but hat a great time. A nice balance of challenging and also fun. We were 2 teenagers and two adults.

Breakout was recommended to us by our Airbnb host during our weekend in Evansville. We are so glad we went! It was our first time doing an escape room and we can’t wait for our next. Our game master, Nic, was very kind and helpful. We gave us great hints that pushed us in the right direction without just telling us what to do. We highly recommend the hostage story line! If you’re looking for a fun, exciting activity this is it!

Well, our gamemaster was distracted by someone else. Then couldn't be heard in the last room at all. Didn't make it totally out and just had one more step and she would not allow us to finish even though next group not there. I think we sho I'll ld have been given at least another 5 min because she was interupted so often we had to wait for clues. Also not being able to hear in the back room incredibly cheezy. This was a special event for us, and did not get much direction. Very disappointed, we did one before and the gamemaster really got into it and stuck with us instead of whoever kept interupting her. Not happy x 4.

A group of friends and I went to Breakout to try out an escape room. It being my first time, we had an amazing game master named Sam to tell us the rules and we all had a blast!

2 adults 3 11 year olds did the kidnapping room. Heart pumping fun even before the timer starts. It takes a minute to get your bearings on how to get started but the game master was always listening. The kids were able to solve several clues and only needed adult help for a couple more. Adults alone would have enough trouble to feel the stress. It’s a lot of fun. Will be back.

This was our first escape room ever, very challenging and fun. The instructors were very informative and you can request hints, which is awesome when you are stumped.

Do we have to make reservations also what is the cost. Will you be open July 3rd. Can 3 people play or do we have to have a bigger group?

Marilyn, I am only speaking from my own experience, but I have done an escape game with anywhere from just 2 to up to 6 people. It’s fun either way. The more brains, the more chance to figure out the clues, but it doesn’t really matter how many.
