Worst venue ever. Took over an hour to get in. We have been sitting in the parking garage for a half hour waiting to leave and traffic has not moved yet. Lord only knows how long it is going to take to get out. Won’t come back again.

The venue is nice, seats were comfy, plenty of leg room, cup holders attached to the seats. The only thing we did not like is the fact you have to go thru the smoke filled casino to get to the venue...yuck!

I was there November 8 2019. If you going there to play slots machine. don’t go. Please don’t go It is horrible it’s nasty. They take too long to bringing your drinks I had the worst experience that day. An after all of this. I am a diamond have over eleven thousand points an I can’t even get a gift they let gold an platinum get gifts every Sunday I can’t get one I don’t know if it because color of my skin But if you going there to eat an for entertainment it’s great. If you going to play slots. Go to AMERI STAR they don’t look at color. I am not trying to play the race card. Horseshoe is not for people of color. I am not the only one who talk about this problem just look around for yourself an see who is winning it’s not US the staff is friendly an always have a smile except security they just mean. I go once a week an all I see is Asian an whites not us an I am not saying this because I never win KEEP going there like a FOOL. THATS all I see who’s winning a jackpot ASIAN Chinese an WHITE people No body of color all my friends who we was gambling buddies stop going there Don’t go by what I said go there an see for your self. Horseshoe is not like they use to be HORSESHOE. CAESARS REWARD IS THE WORST CASINO FOR SLOTS DONT GO

The Venue is a great place for concerts I have been over 10 times to different concerts have a favorite section but every seat has a good views of the stage had to buy tickets in the upper sections was not disappointed you will definitely enjoy this venue.

Attended Boney James performance which was excellent and I would attend any performance at the Venue. Some seats
are very close to the stage where you can see the performance up close and personal. Other seats are excellent as well, roomy and have great views of the stage. There are two big screens that help one to see the action on the stage. Helpful ushers. Excellent acoustics. There was a party afterwards, excellent!! Before the performance I ate at the restaurant where I was able to sit at a table of my choice. Excellent food.

All employees were friendly and helpful. We decided to eat at the buffet. So much to choice from Italian, Mexican, Chinese and more. The meats were prime rib, and turkey. Both were awesome. The slots machine there were several out of order and I think they were going to replace some of the machines they were portioned off. The change machines several were also out of order. We also ate sandwich roast beef, chili and potato salad were awesome.

I was playing the slots it really needed cleaning over where I was I love to play the buffalo I put four hundred dollars in that machine it was the buffalo slots. I went to the ladies room an when I got back Someone came by was smoking an dump they cigarettes in the cup an set it on my machine It was all ready filthy over where I was no one came to clean up where some one knocked the cup over with the cigarettes an water in it I cleaned it up I started to play it went into the bonus an got stuck slot people came by couldn’t fix it I had twenty three dollars in the machine the bonus would of paid me off good I put it’s up to three dollars I would had couple of hundred dollars the slot supervisor came over said she was sorry an gave me a twenty dollar coupon then later she send the maintenance people to clean up over there the area was really filthy I already ask earlier to security could they send someone over here to clean up no one came therefore I lost my money Because of them all because the area was filthy This happenSunday on Mother day that was the most horrific day Horseshoe have change what they care about us. It’s nothing

First Let Me Start By Saying This Was One Of My Alltime Favorite Venues For Concerts Prior To Friday Night. They Have Implemented A New Policy As Far As Security Coming Into The Venue The Line Was Wrapped Down The Escalator . We Stood In Line For Well Over 45Mins In The Meantime The Concert Started On Time & We Were There 30mins Early. If You Are Going 3 Wand Everyone And Check Purses Etc Atleast Get Some Younger Employees That Moves At A Rapid Pace And Have More Than 4 Lines For A Concert Of That Magnitude Overall Freddie Jackson Was Fantastic Howard Hewitt was Good Jeffrey Osborne Was Lip-syncing So Disappointed.

I really like the size of the place it has good seating to be able to see the act. My only complaint is you have to be located more in the middle of the venue. The left and right sides have sub woofers on the main floor and that's all you hear on the far left or right side. This could be good but the sound is not great right next to a sub and really impossible to sit through an entire show. The arrays hanging from above were nice too but if you were not in an elevated level of seating like above the main floor in the back you kind of missed that part of the sound. The filler speakers in the middle to accommodate for that just were not set up right .

Why can’t I get a gift every Sunday. I don’t understand I have eleven thousand points Why. Horseshoe have change. All my gambling buddies don’t come no more. Why Horseshoe is wrong. Don’t know how to treat there gamblers. Where you sit at it’s dirty no one come by clean up

No horseshoe donot have hotels. Go to ameristar. They have beautiful hotels
I use a walker and my friend would like us to see a show at the venue. Is there a place for me to park my walker near/next to my seating? Is the venue handicap accessible? Wheelchair accessible?

I don’t know I never seen no one with a wheelchair there they probably don’t I wouldn’t take that chance. Call first
