We had a great experience with a work group. Service is dependent on who you get anywhere, but the day we were there, everyone was attentive, friendly & made a fun atmosphere. We had a great time and will be back. Glad it's an option for fun in Indy!

Absolutely worst service I've ever received.
Went here for a group outing. We took up 3 bowling lanes. It's a Tuesday night. There are 3 other lanes occupied, and that is it. We ordered our food through the table kiosks, then proceeded to order our drinks from our server BLAKE. Our food arrived to our area (not to the right lanes or people) before our drinks did (both NA & alcoholic). We asked the neighboring server to grab us some waters (since our food arrived and still no drinks) he said - you have a designated server. I offered to pour our own since I could see the machine. I also asked him about our bar drinks- He said to wait. When our server finally came back, I asked her for silverware (since we weren't given any), napkins (since we weren't given any) and about the eta on our drinks (20 min in now) and she proceeded to say she only had 2 hands (while shaking her hands at me). Our other two lanes had the same experience with her regarding service and having to ask someone else for the basic necessities of eating at a restaurant. She then sat in the "beverage area" and watched us eat. Not once did she check in on us at all. (Since the ticket time for our drinks was so high, we went to the bar to order our next one. ALLY was great- quick friendly service.) Not one of our plates were pre-bussed off our table. Not one drink refill was offered. (We had to ask the other server for more water). Blake's attitude was completely out of line, blatantly rude and definitely not meant for the service industry. (Another employee later said "she was new and didnt know how to do her job") As someone in the industry, this is absolutely unacceptable. We did speak to the manager CLIFF when our server mistakenly did not ring in two fountain drinks and wanted to run our card again- he politely took care of it.
Hands down WORST service we've all ever had. (Only 2 stars based on below)
Bartender was nice. Laser tag guy (sorry didnt catch your name) was WONDERFUL.
Manager was nice to void the 2 fountain drinks.
I don't know if I would come back to this establishment based on my first experience with our server Blake.

The kids had fun playing all the games, bowling and doing laser tag. The food and service however was lacking. Food was not very good and it came out cold. We got nachos and wings and the nachos were soggy and the wings were not crispy. One of the guys we were with ordered some bourbon and it had gnats in it that had obviously gotten into the bottle. They were also out of white wine even though it was on the menu. The bathroom was out of toilet paper the entire night as well. My son wanted to buy an icee and he had to go back to the concession stand three times because they couldn’t figure out how to make the mixed icee and had to find an associate that knew how. Overall great concept but needs a lot of attention to food and service aspects.

We did their Monday Night Madness Special which is $10.95 for all the games you can play from 4-close. You get no tickets and there was one or two games that were not included, but for the most part, it was alot of fun for $10.95. Between skeeball, DDR and basketball, I also wore off some calories.

Although the food was decent (nothing memorable, nothing horrible), the service was slow. Arrived and seated ourselves as there was no hostess. Then we waited...and waited...and waited. Approached the bar to see if we ordered there and they said they would send someone over. Then we waited...and waited...and waited. I ordered a mojito, they had no mint. We ordered boneless wings, they gave us bone-in. 1 hour later we had our drinks and appetizers. Never ordering food here again

It was an overall pretty good experience. Just don’t think about bowling if you know anything about bowling. The lanes or the shoes do not allow you to slide your foot for any follow through. I ended up getting jammed for the first few frames, then I remembered and had to change my whole approach. Otherwise a fun time. Food was good

I took my son here for the first time and first of all lets start with they do not have the rope course that when you go to Indianapolis pictures it shows. 2nd they lie about wait times for bowling if you get told 2-2 half hours yeah try almost 5 hours and they pack you in like sardines so good luck sitting between turns or getting the right size shoes. Now lets get on the game cards. No one tells you that the day card is completely worthless nor is it posted anywhere that sure you can play but you get NOTHING!!! My son who has issues was a complete mess because of all of this. Thank you for ruining his 1st. experience. I will never waste my time or the MASSIVE amount of money that this cost. I could have taken my son to Great Wolf for cheaper. I wish I could have given 0 stars.

We verified the pictures posted on Google and it doesn't show a picture of gravity ropes at that location, and our website doesn't list that as one of the activities offered. We're also sorry to hear that your visit with your son was not enjoyed the way it was suppose to due to the frustrations with bowling and not accumulating points when playing our arcade games. My 9 year old granddaughter had so much FUN bowling. Brandon our waiter was amazing made sure we where HAPPY . Will be back again make to bring your children or grandchildren for a birthday party or a fun day & ask for Brandon.

We took our daughter and a few of her friends for her 15th birthday. We have a 100$ budget for each of our kids for their birthdays so we took advantage of the Monday night special (11$ for unlimited activities or games we got the activities). We all had so much fun. The laser tag was awesome with a large space, and great equipment we must have played 5 or 6 rounds. The bowling lanes were really nice as well. We also got the family meal special which is a pizza and four drinks for 25$, and while it's not a craft pizza or anything it's actually really good. We had so much fun that we will definitely be back (on a Monday of course)

I went with 28 soon to be freshmen highschoolers for an all day event of bowling, food, and fun and it was exactly that. First, the establishment gave us an excellent package deal with pizza, drinks, cards for arcade games, lazer tag and bowling. Then the staff were helpful, friendly, and continued to extend us kindness. We enjoyed the juicy pizza and the games were varied. The bowling lanes were clean and worked well. We loved it and would love to go back. It was a perfect day for us adults and our kiddos.
