Attended a softball tournament here last month. The facility has a lot of potential but lacked a few things that could have really made it better. First off, if you hold a tournament you have got to have more than one field to play on. We played through the night just to get games in and they were only 1 hour long. There is little to no provided seating. Not a problem I prefer my camp chair anyhow. However, you have to sit beyond the outfield fence and a camp chair puts your looking through the fence, which is thick so it makes it difficult to watch through. The outfield is VERY SHORT! The ceiling height is very low and all of the balls that get hit into the ceiling appear to have different rules as to if they are an out, foul, etc. depending on who your umpire is. Not consistent at all. Just a few tweaks to the facility and it really could be a much more desirable location to visit.

Grandson is playing 4th grade travel basketball. Games are sometimes here. Nice facility, a lot going on.

Played in a softball tournament and the lack of seating surprised me. Bring a chair! They also were not pleasant when reminding people that you had to pay to watch your team, no food or dinks allowed and yet the concessions were closed. Read the fine print prior to booking.

Worker ~ Jocelyn at front desk very rude, refused to give me change when she had a draw full of it, told me I had to buy something to get change to play in soccer league. Very unfriendly, over priced, you have to pay just to get in. Soccer field - indoor is great! Snack bar workers friendly.

They preach sports and fitness when it should be just fitness and basketball. Sure they offer leagues in other sports but that's the only way you can do those activites. Can't see the logical reason why if I were to purchase a membership there, only the fitness center and basketball courts would be available to me. Not everyone plays basketball and frankly there are basketball courts everywhere. They should really change thier name to BasketballZone featurig other sports.

We were there for an all day volleyball tournament. It was crowded, there was little to no room for spectators, the refs were inconsistent between courts, and they are like the food police, coming around making you get rid of any food you didn't buy there. Come on, if the kids are playing a sport all day, they need more than nachos and pretzels. They pack everyone in like sardines and it is obvious they are only interested in the bottom dollar - not the overall experience. I hope we never have to go back there again!

We went here to see it as a possible place for my daughters bat mitzvah. It was crowded and the service wasn't very good. It's was also dirty and there was litter scattered. Although, the set up was nice. There was a lot of sports options to choose from and it would've been nice if it didn't have such a warehouse feel. Overall, it felt trashy and run down.

This place isnt really the best choice for sports. They offer a summer camp thats overpriced and they dont feed the kids well.

This PLACE is AWESOME! I came here to see a good friend, and enjoy some of the Super Bowl activities and it was GREAT this place is so nice that ESPN filmed some football events there, Garth Brooks did a concert, I meet Cam Newton, Dallas Clark and, Peyton Manning plus Anquan Boldin from AZ who now plays for the Ravens.
The staff is very nice and polite when dealing with the customers, and I got a VIP tour of the facility and I went to all parts of the building and it was GREAT I also meet the owner and he was very polite and nice, in addition I have came back on several occasions after that and the owner treats me like family, if I have an issue with any staff or anything ( I know I wouldn’t) but if I did Damon has an open door policy.
In fact after the Super Bowl events I won a 6 month free membership and the workout facility is top rate and I can say I have lost almost 10 pounds, as I want to come back due to how nice this place is, I also joined a volleyball league here and a zumba class, you get a top rate facility, staff that will but most places to shame and an owner that not only is an owner but plays in most of the leagues at the sport zone, I mean how many places can you go to and be standing next to the CEO, who talks to you like a person and listens to your questions, comments, I can say I have never had this level of commitment to each customer and visitor. Like I said I was treated like I was VIP on the Super Bowl event and that has continued to when I just go in and workout!
