My co-workers and I were talking about Chicago style popcorn one day. I said “ I know just the place.” When visiting family a few years back, we were introduced to Chicagoland Popcorn. There are so many amazing varieties and you can try as many of them as you want! No dislikes yet. The staff is always ready to start your taste test, so get ready for some awesome popcorn!! Chicago style..our favorite!

We showed up right after closing. The owner, a kind nice gentleman made sure we felt welcomed and let us know that if he’s here he selling popcorn! So many delicious flavors to pick from. You can make a combination of flavors if you wish. The three of us all left happy with our own preferred flavors for a good value. I can’t wait for the flavor subscription to start. I love that I can also order and have any and all flavors shipped to me in Minnesota. An amazing family run business. Must stop if you’re out that way. Worth the detour off the interstate.

It was clean, staff were friendly, and the popcorn was fresh. They let you sample anything before you buy. They have a suggestion box for flavors you would like to see. I wished they had chive. Probably 50ish out on display. The day I went more than half of the flavors were sweet. I like savory and there were plenty to choose from. Plenty of flavoring with each bite. You can mix up to three flavors in one container. Worth the cost considering it is customizable and fresh. Cheaper than the movies, and they do have movie theater flavor. Fresher than buying it in a prepackaged bag. The full the bags to the brink. The Indiana mix didn’t make it back home, I ate it on the way. Enjoy!

So many flavors, you can sample them too! The Dill pickle one is to die for, yum! Friendly staff & a must visit!

Every flavor you could imagine! Staff was very friendly and the popcorn was really fresh. You can try any flavor you think you might like before buying. A little expensive but it was worth it!

We came to Merrillville to visit the candy factory across the road. While checking for area Geocaches, we found this place. The staff here were super friendly, and very nice to talk to. They knew about the geocache and talked with us for several minutes about how many and where else we have found them.
The staff accommodated us very well, and we bought 6 small bags of popcorn for about $25. Each of us picked a couple of flavors and still had plenty leftover. We sampled several flavors and enjoyed our time here. We stayed about 15-20 mins. While some people are calling it "pricey" I found the cost was in line with other gourmet flavored popcorn, and certainly less expensive than movie theater popcorn.

We had a very good time here. We tasted all kinds of Popcorn and it was fantastic. My favorite was the spicy dill. It is a bit pricey but what do expect when you can taste as much popcorn as you want for free? This was new and fun experience for our girls trip:)

The website go me excited, however what I found was much different. Small space, long lines, few non dairy options and pricey.

We stopped with 2 adults and 3 children. We tasted a ot of popcorn and purchased a bit too. It was worth the stop.

How can you not come to Da Region and not stop at Chicagoland Popcorn? Love this place! Got my popcorn fix. The flavor choice is unbelieveable.
